I'm a 16 years old girl. Can my height still increase a few more inches?
I’m only 5 ft in height. I’m shorter than my parents. Can I still increase my height to a few more inches? If yes, what can I do?

Yes your height can still increase a few more inches,but there is nothing you can do about it. You will grow until your growth plates close at the ends of your long bones.You can have it checked by x-ray of your long bones.
Your height will increase naturally till you are 21 or 22. There is nothing that you can do to speed it up.
I don’t think you are growing anymore unfortunately. Girls usually stop growing about 2 years after getting their period. Boys don’t stop until they are around 18-20 years old. No fair! Your height is predetermined before birth so there is no way you can increase your height. Sorry………
I grew 3 inches after I was 16. My boos also grew an entire cup size in the last year and they are growing again. I will be 22 next month! You may grow, you never know.
