i'm just wondering without operating is it possible to increase height at 30 by homeopathy or ayurvedic medic?
I just want to know if it is possible or not medically..if yes to what extent and what can be the cost of it. Does anyone has the authentic informations about it?

If you are an adult, I’m going to say no. If you are a teenager you may not be done growing yet. You could wear some type of elevator shoes. I’m not sure if they still make those, but I know shorter girls like to wear high heels.

Once you stop growing in height that’s it. There is no way to increase your height. Don’t waste your time dwelling on this.
no, by age 30 your body is done growing… atleast height wise.
Your body is done growing, however, you might try an Inversion table to add to the spaces between your joints.

I have heard that some people who start doing yoga get taller, but I think it is because it improves their posture so they stand taller when beng measured. It makes sense though I think. But besides that I think your out of luck. It’s like those magic pills they sell late night on TV and in the back of men’s magazines, that make your, you know what, grow. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Maybe try yoga. It might give you an inch.
No remedy to increase height ,it is hereditary.Some exercises are suggested to increase height in Yoga,but effectiveness is not sure/proved.
Actually there is a way to increase your height a bit. Using traction that is attached to your chin. it basically realigns your spine, I believe those stretcher you lay on that reverse your body into laying almost upside down help also. But these effects are usually only temporary
