I’m sick of being short! Can you guys please please give me tips to grow taller?
I’m 15 so I guess I can grow abit more, so I want to give it my all. Can you tell me what foods and excercises help you grow? I swim and play tennis but I don’t think it’s doing much. I know genetics plays a role, but I would love to hear tips. Thankyou so much ![]()

What you will need to do;
If you are working out, have a chat with an experienced workout teacher. Because if you’re just trying to get pumped and full with mucles, you will not grow. Eat healthy. Not small meals like a fast bread with butter and cheese. 3-4 meals a day. Big meals (NOT McDonald!).

well well…..u dont need to have a phical growth but u definatly need to have a mental growth…which will help u to face this world….dont look up plz look down..u will see many of people who are shorter than you and are still a usefull member of the society….scrach out it from you mind that if will be tall u will get all…..if u r short its ok…u have do those things which ur leverl of people do and work hard and one day when u will be a famous person then u will be tallest in the town and no one would not be able to stand infront of u…..good luck and start it now……..ok cheers..
Hey, you probably still have a growth spurt so do not worry. One thing that helps me is posture…I know lol, but seriously bring your shoulders back and extend your neck gently and you will be your maximum height. Also hanging from monkey bars or a bar will loosen up your spine and allow some extention….If all else fails then double pad some gel/sole inserts into your shoes and you will be a good 2 inches taller.
I dont think any amount of exercises will make you taller but practicing yoga can help you with your posture. You probably have so much to offer the world – don’t stress over your height. Stand Tall!
Be healthy, but I don’t think you can force yourself to grow taller than your body wants you to. I know you can stunt your growth to make you NOT grow, but you can’t make yourself grow. Eating healthy foods and working out would most likely be your best bet. But I agree with the person that said you should become comfortable with the way you look. Being short is CUTE, you just don’t realize it because you are automatically going to judge yourself harshly. I bet you look adorable.

Have a good sleep
