Not a great idea. It’s ability to promote significant muscle growth in a healthy person is still debated and has yet to be well supported. About the only valid use for it is to treat a naturally occurring deficiency, in the case of some rather severe disorders.
Oh, and some reported (not all verified, but still) side effects include: edema, anthralgia (joint pain), hypertension, an increased risk of diabetes and, oh yes, (in males) the development of breasts! Sound fun, eh?
I should probably mention that actual HGH is a prescription product. The over the counter stuff that claims to increase your body’s production of it or actually be it is utter crap.
Edit: I suppose I didn’t directly answer your question. It’s possible you might be able to take it (if you managed to illegally acquire some) for a short period without any side effects, but why? The risks are significant, and there is little to no actual proof of it being useful. The other answerer is also entirely right in saying your body will become dependent on the supplement.
If you begin to take this hormone, your body will begin to think that you no longer need it and stop producing it. Once you get off of the hormone you will either not be producing it on your own any longer, or not in enough amounts. I would just exercise normally, it’s much safer, cheaper, and smarter.
i want HGH to but i cant get it
