Is it normal to wear size 13 shoes when you are 13?
Im about 5’8" or 5’9" and im expected to be around 6’4", is this average for my shoe size of 13, and will my shoe size grow as I get taller? btw, im around 200lbs flat.

Sounds fine to me, I have someone in my class who is size 14 and he’s only 13 years of age.
All people mature at different rates, especially during the middle of puberty. It looks like that part of your body developed quicker than your other parts.
No doubt your feet growth will slow down while your muscles and penis will increase.

Well, different parts grow at different rates. Chances are your feet grew first and the rest of your body will catch up eventually.
i date a guy that’s 6’5" and he only wears a size 10 shoe. there is no way to tell.
No it’s not normal but it happened to me. Noone will ever want to fight with you for fear of being kicked.
You are a big kid…size 13 is big, no matter how old you are….and you know that
your parents must hate buying shoes for you
i was a 13 at 13…..i was the same height as you were to….im 6’2” now and im older.
