Is it true, that you can’t grow taller, but you can get taller?
My doctor told me, that people can still get taller at the age of 23, but with efforts such as fitness or sports that promotes height such as swimming. Is it true?
She said, that I can no longer grow taller like when I was in teenager, but I can still get taller with exercise. Bogus or not bogus?

thats true
a person has the potential to be atleast 4 in taller than they already are thru healthy diet and exercise, very strict though.
I know exercising and stretching can make your muscles longer and leaner, and is good for your posture, so I guess it IS true!
Well not really. You might get a bit taller but that’s all. Your height is defined by the length of your bones and that is a thing that you simply can’t train.
Not really true. Some people can gain 1/2 inch with very erect posture.
There is no kind, no amount, no method of exercise that will make you taller. What kind of doctor are you going to that would say something so ridiculous?
