There is no way to predict accurately you future height, but hopefully you have several years of growth ahead of you, and you can gain several inches.

If your parents are tall, there is a good chance that you will be too - but if they are below average, you&#039;re likely to be similar.

You can also maximise your height potential by staying fit and healthy and working out regularly - physical activity is proven to help stimulate growth.

However, it is also possible to have surgery to become taller - I had it myself to grow three inches taller, but it is expensive and time-consuming, so you should focus on the other methods first.

It&#039;s expensive and painful, so it is only a last resort, but at least you know it is there if you need it!

The Leg Stretch- Sit down on the floor with your legs spread as far apart as is comfortable. With one hand, reach for your toes on the same side of your body. Now with your other hand, reach for your other foot. If you can&#039;t reach your feet comfortably, do as far down your leg as possible. The most important thing is to keep your spine straight and pivot from the hips, without arching your spine.

The Bow Down- This one is exactly how it sounds. Stand upright with your hands on your hips. Keep them here throughout the exercise. Leading with your head, bend forward as far as possible. Keep your chin off of your chest and try not to bend your knees.

The Yawn- Another simple but effective stretch. Think of your stretch when you get out of bed in the morning. Stand with your hands held together behind your neck, then look upward and back as far as possible.

I think that these stretches, along with what you already are doing, will definitely have you ahead of your peers in obtaining your maximum growth. Once you get older, or if you want a healthy every day routine that promotes growth right now, then try one of those programs I was telling you about.
