plz plz answer my height question?
Me-5 feet 6inches, 16year old male, shoe size either 12 or 13 usa,havent grown for 2 yrs, i am indian and my feet and hands r bigger than my dads.
Dad-5 feet 10.5 inches
mom- 5feet 4inches
y havent i grown for 2 yrs, does my shoe size and hand size matter, yes i have an awsome diet, sleep, i exercise alot, have a good body, i take supplements get ever nutrition possible everyday so according to this info how tall will i be, no i dont knwo what was my height when i was 2yrs old, yes i play basketball and jump alot,

Height is a funny thing. Basically each person is born with a genetic upper and lower boundary which is then influenced by a person’s life i.e. medical treatment, nutrition, sleep, nutrition, etc. Also, you may be influenced even more by injuries to one’s growth plates. I worked with someone that was several inches shorter than me, but he had an injury to a growth plate in his tibia. Our torsos were almost identical, but my legs were much longer.
There is no magical way to calculate from the information that you provided. For example, I am taller than both my parents. I have 2 children and one is on the taller side and the other more on the shorter side for their ages. The only thing that you can do is go to a doctor and they have tests to see if you are going to grow more. The typical male can continue to grow through early 20s but most of the growth is during the teenage years. Given the size of your shoes, you may have a growth spurt waiting to happen.
