Question about my height? please help!?
I’m 16 and I’ll be 17 in november. I’m really worried about my height! i’m only 5”6 and I’m worried I won’t grow any taller. what can i do and what should i do? somebody please help me? i really don’t wanna be short.
Extra Info:
i started growing facial hair maybe a year and a half ago.
My dad is about 5”10- 6 feet solid
my mom is about 5”4
my uncles are all about 6”1 or taller
I’m of pakistani descent
i weigh 132 lbs (just a little chubby)
someone please help me?
My brother is going to be 15 in december and he is almost as tall as me, maybe an inch shorter. and he is 2 years younger than me!
Also could someone tell me what exactly to eat or atleast wat kinds of food please ?
and if I should take vitamin supplements and if so, what kind?

you want the impossible. answers to questions no one can really say with any accuracy. if it was that easy, there would charts with a smaller range than what they have now. heck, your birth cert. would come with your final stats. there is little in life you can do that will effect your final outcome to any real amount.

dont eat anything and when you feel like you gonna faint eat a cube of cheese worked wonders on my 5th fav m8

* ADVICE FOR HEIGHT__
Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..
