Steps to grow naturally taller??
i need steps to grow taller. i’m 5 feet and i want to be 5’4" or 5’5" anyone with good steps to grow taller!?!? im 13 years old.. and basically i sleep late now, like last night i slept 3 am. i usually sleep 12 am. but i need tips on growing faster and naturally!! no pills, shots.. oh and im only 5′ tall i need to grow fast, my sis is 5’4" and she’s one year older than me… please

You are still pretty young. Most girls continue growing until they are about 20 years old. SO you do have some more time to pass before you are done growing. There is no special food or exercises that you can do to help you grow. The only advice that you will get would be to eat your veggies so that your bones will be stronger, but they wont help you to grow.
Also, you referred to how you sister is much taller than you and she is older?
my sister is 4 years younger than me and she is 6 inches taller.
it doesnt matter how old you are. It only matters on your genes.
some of us were only meant to be so tall.

why do you want to be taller? it’s more fun being short! I am 5 ft 1 and all my friends are taller then me and some of them would do anything to be short
umm, idk it depends on ur genetics. but my cuz wanted the same thing, and he started eating really healthy, exercising, and getting a lot of sleep and he grew 2in in 3 months. Hope this helped
Your height has already been determined, nothing you can do to change it, you will be as tall as you grow and no more!
I heard if you eat fruits and veggies, and excercise you’ll grow taller, but they could just be saying that to get kids to excercise…

im 14 and last year i had the same prob as you, so i started doing a lot of sport and stretching and eating a lot of dairy and its working pretty well, but height is mostly genetic so there won’t be a huge difference.
Okay I am like exactly the same. Apparently stretching alot helps! Pilates and stuff like that. Swimming is the best sport for natural growth, but I decided not to take classes just to get like an inch taller. Vitamins! I take a vitamin made especially for teenagers almost every night. Well I stuck to this routine for almost 6 wks and I really think it helps…

Actually sleep should help. That answer about milk… milk only makes bones stronger not make you taller.
Anyways, it’s up to the genes you have. Examine your mom, dad, aunts, uncles, etc. Those are your possible fully grown heights (you’re still growing!).
