I am 13 years old and I am a little shorter then a lot of my friends and the kids at my school. I am 3 quarters Japanese and 1 quarter white. My mom is about 5′2 (she is short) and my dad is around 5′8. I am around 5′1 right now and just got my period for the first time a few days ago. My bestfriends are already 5′3 and 5′4. How can I grow taller naturally without surgery or wearing heels? Or is there any exercising tips on how to get taller? Thanks guys. (:

Anyone there with similar experience advise me on that? Is it true that after starting the hormones pills (to stimulate puberty and menstruation), the child will stop growing after 1 to 2 years later due to the maturity of bones caused by the pills? If so, can I choose to delay the puberty treatment? My girl is now 13 years old, standing at 131 cm. If I choose to start the puberty treatment 1 year later, will there be any harm to her?

Alright, I’m 13 years old (turning 14 in May) and I am pretty short for my age. I don’t know exactly what height I am but I was wondering what I can do to help me naturally grow taller. I am pretty much addicted to Pepsi and I have been trying to cut down on that lately. Does drinking a lot of Soda/Caffeine really stunt my growth? And what kind of things can I eat or drink to help me grow taller?
Oh, and what about caffeine free pop? Such as sprite? Would it still affect my growth then?

I am 13 years old and want to increase my height. I think yoga stretching exercises will be effective but most people tell me that it only improves our posture which makes us look taller. Is this true or is yoga really effective? if it is,then how much time should i spend each day doing it?
