I am a 14 year old girl and my height is currently 5 feet 2 inches. My father’s 5′7" and my mother’s 5′3". The tallest in my family is my mother’s brother who is 6 feet. I am restricted to only walking till I’m about 16-17 years due to problems with my knees. My mother’s side is quite tall wheras my father’s side comparitively short. Please suggest a diet for growing taller and specific foods which will help the cause..

i am a 17 years old boy. i am eating healthy food and i exercise everyday but i don’t think i am getting taller. I am currently 5′7. However, i still have a baby face and i don’t have much hair on my body at all. So, i think my puberty age has not finished yet right? however, i am gonna start my senior year and i am 17 and people are telling me that this is good as it gets. is it true? do you guys have any links or ideas for exercise to grow taller? 10 points!

Hi, I’m 17 years old and im wondering if im still going to grow taller. I play basketball and i think it will give me an advantage if i just grew some more. I’m 6′2 240lb, my wingspan is 6′6, and i wear size 14 shoes. My dad is 6′1 and my mom is 5′7. I have older siblings and their heights are 5′9 my sister and 6′1 my brother. Please give me some insight on my chances of growing.

I’m 17 years old & I am only 5′3" =\ My dad is 6ft and my mom is tall too and my younger brother is taller then me. Is there a reason I’ve been the same height since I was 15? But anyway, is there any way i can grow taller naturally?

I am 17 years old and 9 months i am between 6 foot to 6 foot 1 inch’s and i want to be taller maybe around 6′2” to 6′6” when i was born my doctor told my parents i would be vary tall and large i lift weights everyday and eat protein rich foods and take protein supplements and i use a little creatine after i lift. Is there anything i can do or take to be taller or should i just be patient.
My moms dad was 6 foot 1 and my mom had an uncle that was around 7 feet tall and my dads uncles were around 6′6”
