im 5′7 140 pounds and 18 years old. What are the foods i shud be eating to grow taller and put on more muscle?

I am 18 years old and only 4′10." Have I stopped growing yet? ( I started my cycle at 16). If so, is there any way I can increase my height without using pills or growth hormones.

How to grow or look taller at age 25?
I am a 25 year old male, but I am only 5′10" in height. I have not grown by more than 1 inch since 18 years of age. I am greatly infatuated with a young woman who is about 6′1". She obviously appears taller next to me, even though I always stand up straight and walk with my head lifted up and I am very thin.
I am wondering if there is a way to still grow in height at age 25. Are there any special exercises that one can do to actually grow in height? Maybe some kind of stretching or swimming?
Also, is there a special diet that one could eat to grow taller?
Also, other than elevator shoes or lifts, are there ways to dress to look taller?

I’m 18 years old, 5 foot 8 and a half, and i’m very athletic and sporty. I am VERY active and give 200% each day.

I am extremely thin, and although I eat for 3 or 4 people, I still do not gain any weight? - I dont mean to offend anyone when I say this, and please do not send posts saying "it’s lucky for some!". I look extremely thin and vaguely malnurished, but I eat for 3 people in any one meal! What changes can I make to my diet and what extra’s can I do to be able to gain weight and gain height. I would like to grow to about 5 foot 10 or 5 foot 11? Any extra would be great!

I’m male and above 18 years old. I’m looked a little chubby so I started go gym and consume muscle supplement. However I am short. I only 157cm. Recently I also started consume slimming pill (Hydroxycut). Does slimming product will stunt my growth? Should I stop shape/slim up my body first to enhance my growth?
