im 5’5 and im 16. im turning 17 by the end of the year. Is there anyway possible to increase my height even by just 3 inches?. everyone keeps telling me that i’ve already reached my adult height which saddens me. any opinions?
A person told me doing yoga everyday as a teen can increase your adult height by 2 inches by stretching the spine before your done growing. ( the spine accounts for 35% of your height so it makes sense to me)
I think i passed tanner stage 5 and the doctor says i have reached my adult height? I seriously want to grow. I don’t want to be short. They say you reach your average adult height around 18. I’m 13 and 5’1 3/4. So how can I grow taller (not just by nature) but by anything. im open for suggestion just as long as it makes sense. pleeeaaasseee.
I am turning 16 in December and I am like 5’7 5’8ish. My dad is 5’11 and my mom is 5’4. I know genetics play like 90% in your final adult height, but could you name some other ways to increase my height? no drugs and that crap.
Is it possible to grow taller? Currently im 17 years old. I am about 1.86 meters, or about 6’1". I lift heavy weights on a daily basis. I eat a high protein diet. I am extremely active. My diet consists of huge amounts of calcium, protein, and many dietary supplements such as creatine, multi-vitamins, and arginine. Is there any chance I can grow to an adult height of 6’2"? According to growth charts I should be about 6’1.5"
