i eat really healthy , cereal + a sandwich for breakfast and sometimes dinner and i take supplements and i eat a lot too~! im 14, but my cousins who are younger than me are all taller than me why? i dont eat fast food and junk food either, will fast and junk food help me grow taller? please! what are some ways to get taller? my family’s height is average i think but not short, except 4 my aunts.

i just turned 14 this month and im 4"11 female
i want to grow taller, i havent had a major increase in height, can i still have a growth spurt even if im 14?
do you think ill be able to grow taller? my dad is 5"4 my mom is 5"
but my uncles and aunts on both sides of my parents are mostly 6"
