I have been looking around yahoo answers and seen that any question asking how to get taller usually has answers like eat food and have a balanced diet and you will grow taller or its all up to genetics. Who is right? I need actual proof, like a website or whatever.
I am 17 years old and at the moment I am 5’7 feet tall. Both my parents are 5’4. I have read a lot about increasing height and that its dependent on genetics. I just wanna ask if regular stretching and balanced diet can get me to 6 feet.
Please do suggest some of the things I should eat that may help me.

I am currently 5’2, 95 lbs, turning 15 in march.
my mom is 5’1 (33 y.o) and my dad is 5’3 (38 y.o).
I do lots of stretching and excersise (yoga, cardio).
I eat a very balanced diet, of lots of veggies and fruits, and little meat.
all in all, i’m a health freak. I sleep an average of 8 hours a day.
I have no idea how tall I will be or how to determine it.
all of my friends are taller than i am!! lol.
i really want to grow more, probably to be about 5’7.
though i’ll PROBABLY be satisfied at 5’6. =P
do you think this will be possible for me?
how tall do you think i will be at max?
what tips do you suggest to help me grow taller? (naturally, please,)

Besides the whole general balanced diet with fruits and veggies and exercising certain amount of time per week, are there specific exercises/stretches one can do to help them grow? my height is averagely 158-159 cm and im 16 years old.is there any possabilities for me to grow taller at least 165cm with just exercising and taking a balanced diet as refuse to take any height-increasing-products and go through any operation?if there is how?and can i even grow taller up to 165cm?if not how tall?thank you for any answers and response.
