Grow Taller 4Idiots image

im 13, and a girl. i really really really want to be a runway model when i get older. but sadly im only a 5ft 3in. i know you cant change your genes or put implants in your bones. is there any food or exercises i can do? and dont say stupid things like "wear tall shoes!"

im a 16 year old guy and im 66 1/2 " (5’6").

i know there is no vitamin that will make you grow overnight im not stupid. but i know there is vitamins that will make bones stronger and help you grow.

other than that, does anyone have any tips on how i can get taller? please dont tell me to be happy with your height either or else i wouldnt be asking this question.

Ohmigawd… he juices everything from beets, to parsely and eats big heaping bowls full of spinach and other greens… and takes things like acidophilus and green algae… and he buys those expensive liquid multivitamin supplement things. He was always 6’3" and now he is 6’4" and 1/4th. How did that happen? Don’t your bones fuse together after you’re done growing? I want to get taller too!! One other thing, he also started going to a chiropractor for his back. Maybe its just his spine adjusted right and got longer over time?

Hello. i recently turned 17, am around 140lb and 5’11 feet tall.

I do have a fair bit of knowledge on this subject area, but obviously i’m not a master, so i just want to ask a few questions to fil in the gaps so i can make the most of my work outs and get bigger (which is obviously my gain :3)

1.I drank 2 scoups of maximuscle progain for 6 weeks and gained 4 kilos, but it was all around my stomach. REAALLLY flabby stuff there haha. presumeably the carbs had done that. I was working out 3 times a week while taking the supplement. I want to know that if i were to take maximuscle proMAX instead..which has barely any carbs and is mostly protein…would i still gain weight but not around my tummy?

2.I’v been at a great gym for nearly 4 months and do see some progress. My muscles appear more defined, but i swear i’m not ‘bigger’. It makes no sense. i lift the heaviest weight i can and do chest and arms one day – back and shoulders the second – and legs on third. so its all even ish. why arent i getting bigger? (i eat a lot, not as though i’m purposely trying to force feed myself though)

3.my bones are naturally thin. so looking at my arms for example, yes you can see a clear defined bicep etc, but the arm itself is relatively small. will keeping to a hard routine sort of make my bones grow. maybe not grow..but my arms appear bigger? (sorry to make it awkward)

if anyone could help me on ANY of the issues i’d be grateful!

ok im a 15 year old male, and i am 5’7-5’8, about 153-155 lbs, with 1 brother who is 17 and 5’10……my dad is 5’5 and my mom is 5’2…….on my moms side, all my uncles are between 5’6-5’10, and on my dads side, their around 5’7-5’10……my tallest cousin is around 6’1 and he is on my dads side…..i got a bone age test saying im still growing for a while and the test says my bones think im 15 and they are growing like a regular 15 year old male would…….i drink ALOT of milk, basically a gallon in about 2-3 days and i take calcium pills and centrum performance pills (multivitamin/multimineral supplements)…….i have a good diet, eat alot of protein and i dont eat too much sweets, alot of healthy foods….i play volleyball alot and i sometimes play basketball…..i will start going to the gym soon, basically every other day……so i think i have given enough information to predict how tall i will grow….

well im 15 years old and im only 5.3 feet (162cm)
and i was wondering how can i grow taller are there any specific foods to eat to make your bones grow or any exercises

what exercise should i do to make my bones stronger and longer that it can take up to just a minute….

There are lot of supplements to enhance the height of a person, but can they increase the length of shoulder related bones to broaden shoulders?
Height is not my problem,but it will be great if a height supplement can make my shoulders wide even by an inch.Do you know a supplement for this kind of a thing?

i asked another question about diet coke and people said it was bad for your bones or something like that. but will it make me not grow as much? and i read people saying yes and some saying no so does it really? if you answer yes or no are you really sure? i hate that some people were saying yes and some no so what is the real answer?

hi my name is Kevin i am 18 years old and stand at 5 foot 11 inches.

my main goal is to grow to six feet, now i know its possible but unlikely i will grow any taller as of right now being 18. but ive heard there are some supplements that you can take to keep your hormone levels active and high allowing your body and bones to grow for a few years after puberty.

now i seriously don’t think im over puberty as i still gave a decent amount of new pimples lol.

I Know that Calcium helps people have strong bones and helps people grow when they have a growth spurt, But does it Help people grow taller just by taking it? Suggestions of particular physical exercises to expand bones..or supplement to help me achive that ideal height

Im 13 – 5’7 & 165 pounds. Im really tall already, I know. Hah, & you guys are the only people Ive told my weight to (because I dont know you of course :p) but anyways..Im a few pounds over weight for my height. My doctor and everyone else think Im going to be 5’11 by age 15..I just want to grow a couple inches soon because Ive havent grown AT ALL since I was about 11. Please don’t answer with "you are already tall enough" etc. Lol, Ive heard that there are exercises and certain food types I can eat for my bones and stretching my spine. Thanks for all of your help! :)

Anyone there with similar experience advise me on that? Is it true that after starting the hormones pills (to stimulate puberty and menstruation), the child will stop growing after 1 to 2 years later due to the maturity of bones caused by the pills? If so, can I choose to delay the puberty treatment? My girl is now 13 years old, standing at 131 cm. If I choose to start the puberty treatment 1 year later, will there be any harm to her?
