I’m 16 and my height is about 174 cm (about 5’8") I really want to grow taller because I feel like I am very short and I think that I will look better if I were taller. I drink soy milk everyday. Does soy milk contain less calcium than dairy milk? What exercise routines could you suggest for me to grow a bit taller?
I am 13, so i’m still growing, but I really want to be a model and I’m 5’4 now and in order to grow taller, I eat a lot of calcium, I stretch a lot (mostly spine and knees), and I do regular aerobic exercises. I’m targeting my legs more, and I’m trying to improve posture. No drugs of any kind for an answer, just anything in my diet and exercises.

First of all, I’m turning 15 on September 18. Am I going to get any taller? I’m only 5 feet and three fourths of an inch. I don’t eat dairy food because I’m lactose intolerant but sometimes I try to force myself to eat dairy food because I want to eat real calcium instead of taking supplements! I drink soda a lot, more then I should, but the ones without caffiene. Does this have to do with genetics? My mom said she stopped growing around my age, but she thinks it was because her family couldn’t afford milk and stuff like that in Korea. Will I get any taller? TT__TT

Oh by the way, I have scoliosis. Does that affect height?
I heard that caffiene shocks your growth, but I guess for you it was all in the gentics…? And sure, if we could haha.

My parents are both 5’5, im consider myself lucky to get to be as tall as i am already, but i wanna maximize my growth potential to be hopefully around 5’10 to maybe even 6ft.

I started effort to gain my height at 21 years old. I keep gym, drink milk, consume protein and calcium as additional supplement daily. I shape/slim up my body, burning fat in order for me for being healthy to grow tall. I realize and felt I am taller but only a bit. However many people said my age of 22 was already mature and stopped being grow anymore. While I read in article it said that the growth period of male is stop on age of 25. Which one is true and what else should I do?

Well im 14 and 5’10. i want to be really tall. My entire family is very tall. Genetically, i am going to be tall. Is their anything that may possibly help me grow taller; calcium maybe. They say calcium helps you grow. I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5’9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am naturally, I haven’t grown in a year either. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really tall, were talking 6’5". My brother is 6’4". I hear that you have to be in a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at night bcuz thats when you grow, it’s a bit hard for me when I get into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to go to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I’ve been doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it’s not working. I don’t really want to take any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?
at the beginning of eighth grade i grew some but then i stopped, i am now 5’3 1/2 . i wanna be 5’5 by the end of the summer . my mom is 5’0 or 4’9 and my dad is 5’6 . ive heard if you sleep with your legs straight it might make you grow taller . i go to sleep at 9 and wake up around 7 every day (and its summer) . i eat healthy . and i have healthy desserts . i almost have milk everyday (not a glass but calcium, like cheese sometimes, or low fat icecream, i dont really like milk )
i think sleeping with your legs straight really worked for me, i did it for 2 months and i grew .
well my dad is 5 foot 11 inches.( my uncle was 6.2) my mom is 5 foot 2 inches (and her dad was 6.1) . i am wondering what is the possible height i can reach or if i am going to even grow anymore. i have been lifting since i was 15, took a few supplements when i was younger now i am just trying to maximize my height by stretching to taking amino acids and calcium/vitamin d and mineral pills. i am stretching everyday, i am wondering if i should stop working out with weight and hope to grow any taller or what? can anyone help me? i could really use an answer.

I’m a guy, 14 and 3 months old. Recently I felt like I stopped growing a bit. Kids in my grade seem to be getting taller than me… Anyways I’m 5’7ish and my parents are:
Dad- 5’6
Mom- 5’3
As you can see, my parents aren’t tall at all. That’s why I’m worried I won’t become at least 5’10. I exercise every day (martial arts), drink 5 liters a day and 3 cups of milk, and eat plenty of yogurt. I also have some calcium growth supplements..
