Creatine and Amino Acid or Protien ?
I’m 19 and i play soccer and workout daily, i play as a defender and i need to grow up my body strength, I’m not so tall for a defender, the reason i play defender is because i know how to read attackers mind and always do brave tackles, therefor i get a lot of injuries like Terry.
anyway im looking to buy Creatine or Protein or Amino acid, to build my muscle but i don’t want to get my muscles so big and heavy, so which is the best supplement for me to grow my muscle perfect, I’m thinking of using both Creatine and Amino, because i believe that protein will build my muscle very big and heavy, is it right, and when should i use them ? i always workout at about 6 pm..
or u have a better opinion ? I’m already working out for almost a month after a 1 month no workout, when should i start ?
