I’m 15 girl and i’m only 5 feet 3 inches..My dad is 5 feet 9inches and my mum is 5 feet 2 inches..Can i grow some more ? At what age do most of the girls stop growing ? A lot of people said that it’s 18 but this statement has proven wrong cause my sister is 5 feet 7 inches and she’s growing until 21 years old.So ? Ideas to be taller naturally ?Not to mention heels..

Okay, I’m 13 and right now my bra size is A cup, and I was hoping to grow to a B cup by August. Will be possible? I mean I’m growing tall so fast even my dad is noticing, and I’m gaining weight like crazy and eating the whole house. Literally, my dad ordered a large cheese pizza and I ate every slice in about 20 minutes. And please don’t tell me I shouldn’t worry, because if I don’t grow by then, I won’t really care, and I know to let nature take it’s course and I am that’s why I’m curious if I’ll GROW enough by then. Naturally grow. And I haven’t started my period, although the doctor says it’s expected any day now.

..well SOME of my family members are tall and some are not

my dad’s 5′6” and my mom’s 5′5” i think…

of course i know that i still have years to come but im really ashamed for im the shortest in my class…

My mom is 4′10 (Well shes shorter so I’m guessing shes around this height)
My dad is 5′5.
And my brother is 5′6.

I want to know if there’s any way I could grow 2-3 inches. I’ve heard stretching exercises could help. What can I do to grow taller? Like what types of foods should I eat, and how much do I need to sleep and exercise. I feel stressed out alot, does that hinder growth?I am 16 and 5′6. My dad is 6′2 and my mom is 5′4.
