So I am 5’3 and I am wanting to be like a few inches taller, maybe like 5’5. I am 16 years old, so could that mean I still have time to grow or is that like an age you pretty much are done growing?
Also, is there any diet to do or foods, drinks, etc to make you grow taller?
Thanks for all the answers(:
Im 13, and Im tall, about 5 ’7. But most people in my family have grown early, and most are average sized. Im an athlete, but I know how important it is to be big to be successful in sports. Chances are I’ll be 5 ’10, 5 ’11, maybe 6 foot. But in my sport, baseball, the best players mostly taller than that, or at least it couldn’t hurt to be taller.
I know I’m going to grow up to be average size, at least. But I’d love to be 6 ’1 someday. Im very active, and my diet is so-so. My dad is a 5 ’10, 5 ’11, my mom is 5 ’7, my sister is 5 ’7, and my brother somehow shot up to almost 6 ’3.
I’ve heard rumors of how to get taller, but I want to do it naturally, such as, a better diet, or specific exercises throughout my growing years. I’ve heard that stretching releases human growth hormones, so could that help me grow? I do yoga and poladies both once a week. Should I do more? What else can I do?
I’m 15 and 16 in October, but I need to grow an inch and a half taller as they were the requirments after a model casting I went to. How can I grow taller? Are there any exercises or diet I can follow?
I’m a 14 year old girl. I haven’t grown since I was 13. I’m 1,60m and I want to be at least 1,65 – 1,70.
My dad is 1,60m too and my mom is 1,50m.
Is there any way I could grow taller? A certain diet, exercises etc?
Ten points to best answer!

Im 13 and asian and about 150.5cm. I usually sleep at around 11-12 and wake up at 6:15. My diet is normal and I exercise every other day. I’m really worried about my height because almost everyone’s taller than me and I don’t want to grow up to be a vertically challenged person. What can I do to grow taller?
I’m 17 turning 18 in May and I just joined a gym so that I can bulk up some muscle mass. Right now I’m 155 lbs and am 6 ft 3 inches tall.
I’m considering adding a supplement to my diet so that I can help my muscles grow.
I was wondering if whey protein is the way to go. I heard that it’s pretty new and that it works pretty well.
I’ve read online that I should take whey protein isolates. Does anyone know any brand that they can prefer me to and when and how much whey protein I should be taking.

2 quarts Equine Junior grain
I want her to be getting enough of what she needs to grow. She is a late maturing horse, just like her mom. Her mom is 15.2 hands and her dad is 15.1 hands. So she has a lot of growing to do, she will be big because her legs are long and her knees are knobby. Do you have any suggestions or advice about what else I can feed her to make sure she is getting what she needs?
Amber C, sorry I forgot to mention that she is a hyper horse, she runs in the pasture a lot and people have told me that she needs to gain a little weight in order to grow…
Okay im 15 turning 16 on July 2

I’m 23 years old and 350 pounds at 6 feet tall. I know that’s not good at all which is why I’m here to do something about it. I know working out and eating healthy is how it works, please don’t post that just to get a point!
I’ve been overweight my whole life and haven’t ever done well with diets. I played 4 sports a year in high school and was very active but the weight continued to pile on. About a year ago I had back surgery for a pinched nerve so some activities might be off limits for me still.
I understand this won’t be fast and am looking for lifestyle suggestions not just diets. I know the basics of course, less junk food more time in the gym, what I’m looking for is specifics.
Information like how many calories should I be taking in each day for healthy weight loss and what kinds of activities should I be supplementing my eating habits with? Suggestions for how to balance meals better and what types of things I should be getting in my diet as well as supplements I can take for even better results (I’ve heard fish oil tablets are very healthy). I grew up in a junk food family so food health has never been a subject I’ve been good at.
I have a goal of losing 100 pounds in one year, is that thinking too big? What would be more realistic and what kind of eating/exercise routine should I adopt to achieve it?
