I’m 14 years old and am on a diet but I want to grow taller at the same time is this possible.
I’m hoping to grow up to 180 cm but I’m 174 cm at this point.
Is there any possible way to lose weight and grow at the same time?

Currently, I am doing 275lbs for 6 times. I do total sets of 6 for normal workout routine. (6*6 =36 reps a day) MAX 335 lbs 1 rep
The problem is…I was doing same weight when I was senior in high school. Now I am senior in college and I was continuously lifting weights for last 4 years. (normally 3days a week) As of fact, I grew 2 inchs taller and 20 lbs heavier compare 4 years ago. It seems like I am just maintaining my strength since the high school. I really want to go beyond 300 or even 400 territory. Any suggestions? By the way, I do not take any supplement such as protein shake etc.
I have 2 meals a day(I do not eat breakfast) and I am not willing to change my diet. HELP ME OUT GUYS!!
I’m 5’8", 144 IBs and 15 years old turning 16 on september 29. It seems I’ve been growing really slow. I used to be taller than all my friends now everybodies caught up to me or shot up way above me. I was 5’7" in the 7th grade and now I’m about to start 10th and I’m only 5’8". I think it has to do with my diet because I haven’t been eating much meat at all. I’ve been taking a calcium supplement everyday. I started lifting weights in the 8th grade could this have something to do with my slower growth rate? Please tell me all the factors in my life I should change so that I could reach my full height potential. Diet, sleep, exercise, etc. I really appreciate everyone who helps me with my problem. Thank you.

Hi, i was wondering, what kind of diet and exercise should i have to help me grow, even if only a tiny amount taller?
i am 14 years old, i know i have still yet to grow, but i just want to speed it up a bit, plus i would be eating healthy and exercising so i would be all round healthy.

I’m only 5.5 feet tall and I’m 18 this year. I’m a guy. And i’m like so short.. So is there anyway that i can still grow taller without surgery ? Like a diet i should follow and type of exercise i should do or something ??
At this point in my life, I am 15 years old and am sixty-six inches tall. Both my parents are 5’10", and I read that teenage girls stop growing taller at age 16 or 17, which is not long from now. I’ve recently met with some modeling agents at Next Models LA, and they seemed ecstatic about me, but were extremely hesitant about my height, saying that "I could use two or three inches." Last year I suffered with malnutrition, and I am terrified that it may have stunted my growth. I am eating a sufficient diet now(although I am vegetarian), and I get a good amount of sleep and exercise. I also take multivitamins and calcium supplements daily, and yet I have not grown for months. Am I done growing, or is there something else I can do to reach my maximum height?
I was wondering if I could still grow I’m 17 but I’s short like 5"4 I wanna at least try to grow taller.
So does hgh supplements help to get taller with a good balance of exercise and diet?

I am 15 years old, weighing 240 pounds. I am 5’7 and I want to reach 6 foot. My mom says that I need to eat less and go on a diet if I want to grow taller but I read online that you have to eat as much as you can to grow taller. Is mom right? Should I go on a diet under my circumstances?

My mom, dad, and sister are all pretty tall and im 13 and am only a little over 5 foot. I don’t understand it im not super thin but im not very fat. Im just not tall and idk why. I wanna grow to be 5"5 or 5"6 but at this rate its does not seen like its gonna happen! Any tips on how to grow Naturally like what to eat and stuff. I don’t exercise im always terrified someone will kid nap me especially after so many girls have been going missing but I have started a diet of eating less but still eating enough to take away the hunger but not stuff me. Any thought on how to grow???

Hi im 16 and about 5′ 9" and 140 pounds. I want to gain weight and muscle mass but im afraid it will restrict me from growing any taller. Any type of workout plan, diet, and protein supplements would be great. Heres what i can do in the weight room now if thats a factor:
Bench: 130
Squat:250
Clean: 125
Pushups in a row: 25

ok im a 15 year old male, and i am 5’7-5’8, about 153-155 lbs, with 1 brother who is 17 and 5’10……my dad is 5’5 and my mom is 5’2…….on my moms side, all my uncles are between 5’6-5’10, and on my dads side, their around 5’7-5’10……my tallest cousin is around 6’1 and he is on my dads side…..i got a bone age test saying im still growing for a while and the test says my bones think im 15 and they are growing like a regular 15 year old male would…….i drink ALOT of milk, basically a gallon in about 2-3 days and i take calcium pills and centrum performance pills (multivitamin/multimineral supplements)…….i have a good diet, eat alot of protein and i dont eat too much sweets, alot of healthy foods….i play volleyball alot and i sometimes play basketball…..i will start going to the gym soon, basically every other day……so i think i have given enough information to predict how tall i will grow….

Im 16 years old right now and weigh 145 or so pounds, im 6 feet tall. Ive been working out for like a year now 3x a week, but im not really seeing anything, only when i flex. Also in my bicep area my vein isnt showing or anything. The main areas i care about are shoulders, arms, and abs. I eat around 60g of protein a day and on days i work out, i drink these supplements with 30g of protein right after. Also i heard that working out pressures your spine and it causes you to stop growing taller and shrinks you is this true? Please dont give me some extreme diet, because i go to school and live a normal life so i cant do those lean chicken stuff and stay away from bad foods because i get them naturally in the lunch line.
