Are there supplements? Special exercises, certain diet?
I am fifteen, and I’m probably done growing, but I’m not sure yet and I’d like to grow to a good height. I’m 5’4" right now :( . Also, I’d like to know about creating microfractures in your legs and then hanging ankle weights…is that even healthy?

I want to know what kind of food I need to eat for each meal and how many doses of them.
I have been drinking a lot of milk and exercising every day, but I haven’t grown an inch. I am currently 17 years old and 5’11. I want to be taller
I know diet plays a big role in grow, so I need some assistance.

I am 16 years old, and I’ve been trying to eat around 1900 calories a day. I am only 1 meter and 76 cm (5’7) and I want to grow taller, atleast (6’0). So, should I eat more, and leave my diet to grow taller, or can I keep my diet to remove some of my stomach fat?

currently just over 6’0"- almost 6’1", just wanna know if there’s anything i should consume more of in my diet to increase my height for football next year, I’m 15, wanna play receiver or d-back down the road. Ive heard of some pills and stuff, but… i don’t think those are natural, don’t want any unnatural stuff in my body. dont wanna be like 6’8′ or wutever, just a couple more inches.
