I am about 5′5 ( male) 20 years old. What types of things can i do to grow taller. Things such as what to eat? Exercise? Are there any supplements or pills i can take that are good for me? I am overweight currently but beginning to lose weight. I have been exercising about 5 times a week now for about an hour and a half each time.thank you!

Which will make me grow taller faster, Growee or Cherifer (do you know these brands?)? If you don’t know these, these are food supplements most intended to make a person grow taller. You see, I’m 14 turning 15 on April and I’m just 4′11". Right the growth spurt for boys ends at 16? I really want to grow much taller. I’ve seen the same old advice of milk, sleep, and exercise. I can’t drink milk because I’m lactose intolerant. I can’t really sleep enough or have time for exercise (though I’m not fat) because of those dumb homeworks taking all my time. Okay let’s not get carried away now and just answer my question.
