I’m a 14 year old girl. I haven’t grown since I was 13. I’m 1,60m and I want to be at least 1,65 – 1,70.
My dad is 1,60m too and my mom is 1,50m.
Is there any way I could grow taller? A certain diet, exercises etc?

For eating properly, I mean eating foods with the nutrients necessary for growth, for sleeping I mean sleeping around 8-10 hours, and for exercising I just want to know if doing exercises like jogging and jump roping can help. I would also like to know if eating yogurt or six meals a day could help you grow taller or at least help you lose weight. Please don’t post any obvious information about growth, myths, or any biased or ignorant answers, such as "genetics is everything".

I am a male ballet dancer about 5’10+1/2 and 16 years old. I really want to be 6′ tall at least and at most 6’2" my doctor says I’m slowing down but I really want to be 6′ tall. Are there any foods, exercises, or enhancements I can take or eat to grow? My brother is 6′ tall and my dad is about 5’11+1/2", I have a proportionate body too, my legs are quite long and my torso is long too with well sized arms, but I want my legs to be longer, any ideas? OK so i am 15 year old boy 5’9 tall and i want to be 6’2+ when i grow up and also my wrist bone is not very big and i take 1300mg calcium supplements per day my father is 5’11 and mother is 5’3 i have some facial hairs below my nose but very little.my weight is 48 kg/106 lbs so is it possible for me to be taller and also i tried many different exercises to be tall last month and i think i grew 1 inch in a month!

I am a 17 year old guy, going on 18 this fall and I am going to college. I am on the short end and stand around 5’5" – 5’6" tall. I hit puberty pretty early on and have a full on beard now and everything. My parents are pretty short, like around 5’4 and 5’2. Is there any hope for me? I’d love to find a way to grow taller if possible. Naturally.
I’ve looked through tons of of these "programs", GrowTaller4Idiots, Super-Growth, all of that, and I’m skeptical. Yahoo Answers is full of these spammers/advertisers that post the same answers to these generic questions over and over again trying to reel a sucker in. I’m not looking for those answers.

i’m around 15~17 (dont wanna give off my real age) and i wanna grow to the fullest during my puberty. since summers coming around what are ways such as specific exercises and diet plans that will help me grow to the fullest?
Now I know it mostly all about genetics but I think I still have a chance of growing because my uncle is the same height as my dad (5’8) and his wife is short and their kid turned out to be pretty tall so I know it’s possible to grow taller than your parents.
Anyways I’m 5’7 1/2 (5’8 with shoes on) and I would like to be at least grow another inch but I would really like to be 5’10 and up. I found some exercises that supposedly help you grow but I’m wondering what are the best vitamins to help support your growth?
