I’m 14 1/2 right now.
I got my period when I was 13 1/2
My dad’s side of the family is very tall and my moms side of the family is short. But I look alot like my father and i take up his genes…so is it possible?
im trying to get into the modeling business but i cant do tha if im only 5′1. any ways to grow taller naturally w/o pills or hormones injections? THANKS AND PLEASE ANSWER!!!!

Ill be 16 this year and within the last year I havent grown one millimeter!
Is there a way I could grow a lot taller.
Do not say the following:
1) change your genes
2) stretch yourself
3) take growth pills
4) anytype of surgery
5) clothing changes or heels…as they will not make me grow
and anything of the sort
Do tell me how I can grow a lot…NATURALLY.

i really want to know if there are any growth supplements available so that i can get to about 170 cm or taller.
because i am getting my license soon it really affects the way i drive lol. and my mum is chinese and my dad is yugoslavian. i think i get my genes from my dad because my mum is about 170 in cm and he is only 160 but they got divorced anyway.
what i really would like to know is if i should get some growth supplements or whatever you call them to make me grow taller in height. or should i just see what happenes in 2 or 3 years time when i am 20 or 21 lol. and i might still be growing?
because i think that i have stopped growing since 17 or whatnot. is there any supplements that i can buy from australia which is were i live or should i just wait and see if i do grow some more during the next half year. and do physical exercises and sports etc.
what is the best possible solution for this?

Got an x-ray the other day and the doc said I’m done growing.
I’m 16 and on a good day i might be 5′7" (no shoes)
Is this doc right?
are there any ways to legitimately grow taller than what your genes have in store for you? exercises? miracle pills? food and drink choices? etc?

One’s height might usually depend on their genes, but I know that lifestyle choices can affect one’s growth spurt as well. Besides the whole general balanced diet with fruits and veggies and exercising certain amount of time per week, are there specific exercises/stretches one can do to help them grow? What are they and how would they help? (If you know any sources to back it up, it will be greatly appreciated). How daily do you have to do these exercises/stretches in order for them to be effective in aiding one’s growth? 10 points for best, thorough answer!! Thanks in advance.
