Well, I was wondering if stretching or yoga stuff helped your height increase at all. I heard this, but I’m not sure if its true or not. Hello. I know height is determined by genetics, and my mom is 5’5" and dad is 5’7" at most. When I was younger, the doctors said I would be 6’0" or more by the time I stopped growing. How is this possible?

I stretch, drink plenty of water, take vitamins, and jump trampoline for two or more hours each day. However, can the jumping on the trampoline help decrease height?

I am currently 17 years old. 5’4 and 135 pounds. I lift weights and run on a daily routine. I do no lift a great amount because I do not want to stunt my growth.
