hi my name is Kevin i am 18 years old and stand at 5 foot 11 inches.

my main goal is to grow to six feet, now i know its possible but unlikely i will grow any taller as of right now being 18. but ive heard there are some supplements that you can take to keep your hormone levels active and high allowing your body and bones to grow for a few years after puberty.

now i seriously don’t think im over puberty as i still gave a decent amount of new pimples lol.

the supplement i found is called HGH 20 and a link to it is here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hgh.html

does anyone have any experience with this stuff or know anything about it, before i buy it im going to read all i can on it because i really dont want it to even up messing up my body in any way.

i an also starting to take a daily vitamin, i dont drink coffee and have a low amount of cafein in my diet.

if there are any exercises that, i dont know strengthen the back and elongate the spine that would be cool too.

i am 15 and need to gain a bit of height i am 5’5 and want to grow about to 5’11 i have done alot of research on hgh and how to stimulate it it is pretty simple amino acids are a great way i will be taking 500mg l-lysine,1g l-arginine and 500mg orthinine straight before a high intensity sprint for 20 mins and then a multivitamin supplement and then straight to bed if you

Okay, I’m probably one of two million people that ask this same question, but I really want to grow. I’m 18 and 5’7” and Asian. I calculated that my height should be 5’8” but I’m not even 5’8” and I want to be taller. I want to do everything it takes. I heard men stops growing at 21 so I still have a chance. Here are the things I’m going to try:
Take Human Growth Hormone: I’ve researched and It seems like Sytropin and Genf20 are actually effective in producing HGH for growing taller
Stretching: I’m going to exercise harder and stretch more, Jump rope and Sprints
Quit smoking and drinking: Yeah i know i shouldnt have started those in the first place..
Take other supplements: vitamins, royal jelly, etc.
Eat more healthy foods: no fast food ever!
Try to sleep more.
Use Yoko: it’s worth a try. it’s cheap.
Use an Inversion Table.

I want to be 5’10” to 6’1”

Any other suggestions would be very appreciated.

Do you guys think these things will actually help me get an extra few inches in height?
Yeah a lot of people talked about how genetics is everything but iono…there’s so many articles and such that talk about stretching, hgh and stuff….

hopefully i’ll grow

i am 17 and can afford the costs of human growth hormone injections. I am short at 165 cm and would like to know more about HGH, things like: length of treatment, expected growth range e.g. xcm-ycm, hidden costs, side effects etc.
I would also like to know about supplements like amino secretagogues that i can take like glutamine, but i need more info. So please i don mind, bombard me with info but relevant info please don spam

I know there’s no secret formula for height and most of it is genetic, but you can’t deny that there are environmental factors. Are spines are almost always compressed. (That’s why I’m a good half inch taller when I wake up.) As a 14 year old girl who is 5′ 5” hoping for three or four more inches, through inversion, stretching, healthy diet, exercise and this supplement could I succeed?

It understands that you can’t grow much past 20 and that growth plates will fuse. It doesn’t advertise HGH or anything; it seems to be more about potential.

She is diagnosed with something called "growth hormone deficiency syndrome", and given the prescription. But then I hear and read all this stuff about HGH being banned from pro sports, so that means it must be bad for you, right? Does this doctor know what he’s doing? or should we be talking to a lawyer?

Note for people that don’t know there is a difference between steroids and HGH. I only want info on HGH in the military and if there are any members currently using it. I want to improve a little faster. and yes i am a service member.

Im 31, over weight, complete lack of sexual desires and I am tired all the time. I’ve tried b12 and other things and I am considering asking for HGH but I dont want to sound like a drug seeker. Do I really need something so extreme?

I am thinking about taking HGH to build muscle mass. How bad is it for you? I’ve read that it makes even your organs grow which I know cannot be good. If I took HGH for a month along with a high protein diet how much muscle mass would I be capable of gaining?
I am thinking about buying GenF20
Is hair loss a side effect of HGH? It seems like it would have a reverse effect.

I’m 17, asian and I’m only 161cm tall. I know it may be too late to do anything now, but is there any ways for me to grow taller? I’ve heard people growing taller 1-2 inches by taking growth hormone pills, but I’m really doubtful about this as I have heard about some really nasty side-effects of taking HGH. How about calcium supplements?

If you answer this could you please tell me what the two are? I am interested in bodybuilding, sports, and fitness. I am a former high school, college, and NFL football player (short lived). I know/heard that HGH is illegal in sports but have been hearing about HGC lately which is sold in a lot of muscle magazines and on their websites. I am not interested in taking anything illegal or any form of steroid, but, I need help because I don’t fully understand what any of these things are.

That will help increase height, muscles grow, etc.

I’m 18 and not near my potential height yet meanin i dont think my growth plates are closed yet.
i live in usa but want to get the jintropin. how can i get it? also it doesnt say it increases height. do all hgh just increase height?

I will turn 16 on the 8th of September, 2007
I am 5′ 6 tall and weigh about 145 lbs

Height has always been a sensitive issue in my eyes and I can understand its importance because of how it is perceived by society.

Suffice it to say that I don’t want to stay 5′ 6 for one reason or another.

I have looked into other methods for height increase and found that most, if not all are ineffective, with the exception of the "limb lengthening procedure" and "human growth hormone," respectively.

Just judging from a cursory glance, the first of these two would not be feasible.

That leaves Human Growth Hormone. Human Growth Hormone
is available in oral sprays, pills, and injections.

Essentially, only the injections work.

I have about ,000 to spare offhand.

I have been reading prudently and found that HGH by injection, the cost that is, ranges from ",000 – ,000

I don’t quite understand the discrepancy. Nonetheless, I am willing to bear any discomfort or inconvenience if that is the issue at hand.

It is required that the epiphyseal plates be open for HGH to work properly, in increasing height gains in adolescents

In a nutshell I have three potential problems.

a)Do I have enough money to pay for the treatment (,000 no more, no less)?
b)Have my growth plates closed?

c)Supposing that cost and eligibility don’t pose an issue and I reach the treatment stage, about how much could I be expected to grow and what might be my final height?

Thanks for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
Did I leave the impression that I was female…?

I’m not.

In light of that you could probably understand my concern
