I am 13, so i’m still growing, but I really want to be a model and I’m 5’4 now and in order to grow taller, I eat a lot of calcium, I stretch a lot (mostly spine and knees), and I do regular aerobic exercises. I’m targeting my legs more, and I’m trying to improve posture. No drugs of any kind for an answer, just anything in my diet and exercises.
please don’t say i can’t and just be confident about myself and i just wanna get a couple in. taller
I’m a few weeks off from being 14 and I’m currently 5,5". I’m an aspiring model so I really want to grow taller. All my friends say I’m quite skinny but I have about a 28 inch waist and 36 inch hips. Will I stretch out and become skinnier as I get taller or will I get taller at all? I’m worried that all models are naturally skinny but I’m not. I think I’m naturally slim but that’s about it. I also feel my legs aren’t long enough. Is 5,5" tall enough at my age?
im 20 and im 5’8 and half 5’9 with shoes.. can i still grow? honestly i really dont know if i have slow growth rate or something?? i remember when i was a freshman i was taller than most of the people my age. but as time passed most my friends towered over me. during my sophomore year i was measured to be 5’7 and half. so in 3 years i only grew about 1 and half inch? my legs seems kinda short for some reason. and my mustache is thick but i cant grow a beard.. am i still in my puberty mode?? i also noticed that my voice didnt change much at all but i am almost 21. i dunno if i still can grow taller but i hope i do. another thing is my fingers are very long and so are my arms. do u guys think i still have a chance to grow? am i going through a slow growth rate or something? comment pls!! thanks!!
About her: "Molly" is a two year old morgan filly. She is 763 pounds and 14 hands tall. She gets worked for about 30 minutes in the round pen 3 times a week.

I want her to be getting enough of what she needs to grow. She is a late maturing horse, just like her mom. Her mom is 15.2 hands and her dad is 15.1 hands. So she has a lot of growing to do, she will be big because her legs are long and her knees are knobby. Do you have any suggestions or advice about what else I can feed her to make sure she is getting what she needs?

I am a male ballet dancer about 5’10+1/2 and 16 years old. I really want to be 6′ tall at least and at most 6’2" my doctor says I’m slowing down but I really want to be 6′ tall. Are there any foods, exercises, or enhancements I can take or eat to grow? My brother is 6′ tall and my dad is about 5’11+1/2", I have a proportionate body too, my legs are quite long and my torso is long too with well sized arms, but I want my legs to be longer, any ideas? Hello. i recently turned 17, am around 140lb and 5’11 feet tall.
I do have a fair bit of knowledge on this subject area, but obviously i’m not a master, so i just want to ask a few questions to fil in the gaps so i can make the most of my work outs and get bigger (which is obviously my gain :3)
1.I drank 2 scoups of maximuscle progain for 6 weeks and gained 4 kilos, but it was all around my stomach. REAALLLY flabby stuff there haha. presumeably the carbs had done that. I was working out 3 times a week while taking the supplement. I want to know that if i were to take maximuscle proMAX instead..which has barely any carbs and is mostly protein…would i still gain weight but not around my tummy?
2.I’v been at a great gym for nearly 4 months and do see some progress. My muscles appear more defined, but i swear i’m not ‘bigger’. It makes no sense. i lift the heaviest weight i can and do chest and arms one day – back and shoulders the second – and legs on third. so its all even ish. why arent i getting bigger? (i eat a lot, not as though i’m purposely trying to force feed myself though)
3.my bones are naturally thin. so looking at my arms for example, yes you can see a clear defined bicep etc, but the arm itself is relatively small. will keeping to a hard routine sort of make my bones grow. maybe not grow..but my arms appear bigger? (sorry to make it awkward)
if anyone could help me on ANY of the issues i’d be grateful!

I’ve been working out my legs for awhile, and none of the exercises I’ve been doing helps anymore, I can do them all easily. What can I do (with or without weights) to increase my jump height?
Gymnastics is also the reason for my question. I can do back tucks and front tucks, but I want it to be a little easier.
I really really just want to grow one or two more inches. Is this possible? I have heard of people putting weights on their legs while they sleep and other weird methods but am skepticle of trying them. Is there any remote way to get my height up at this point? I would do anything.

i remember in kindergarten that the teachers told me i was the shortest kid, so then i cried and i just think it was cruel for them to hurt my self estem like that it sucks i just turned 15 i’m only 5’4" and i preety sure i din’t hit my growth spurt yet. and i’m just wondering if there is a good chance of me growing a couple of inches beause i can’t stand being small any more . and if i don’t grow anymore is there a surgery that can ake my legs longer. i thought i saw something on this show once.

I am an 18 year old male who wants to reach 6 feet. I have been working out a lot – mostly abs and legs and cardio – for the past 7 weeks. I heard working out increases levels of HGH in the body.
So how can i grow taller naturally – like are there stretching exercises that i can do?
The desk i bought is atleast six inches shorter that I would like. Any ideas on how I can make it better usable. What can I do to raise its height . Anything specific that I can buy and place it underneath the legs, but is not much of an eyesore?
I also want to know about how many inches they could add to my height? Would they be doing the surgery to the legs? Also what are the complications?
I am 14, at 5’10. I need to become taller, my goal is about 6’3/ don’t worry, my dad is still taller than me, even tho he’s almost 60. But I do lift weights at the gym. I dont do anything heavy,, like benchpresses. I do pulldowns, crunches, chests, work out my legs, and i dont do anything that requires my legs to lift up my weight. I also take calcium supplements(vitamin d included), get around 7 hours of sleep, and i do strewching excercises hoping i will get taller. Will any of this help me grow? I know most of you will say ill get taller naturally, but not as tall as i want to be. will it help? thanks in advance!
Ok so I was wondering, I’m 14 years old, at 5’6, and weigh 112 pounds. I am a skinny person in terms of slimness. I am very thin looking and my body is too thin in my eyes. I would like to have a wider torso, bigger arms in terms of you know, fatness? Lol, and bigger overall legs cause my calves are ridiculously skinny. I would also like to be maybe 3-4 inches taller. I am aware that I am still a bit young and my body still has time to grow. However, I want to know if there is any way to make sure I get the best out of the time I have left of puberty or whatever you want to call it.
So here the big question is, what are some things I can do(sports, foods, drinks, supplements or that stuff they sell at the exercise store) that I can do or use to assist my body in becoming wider, in order to then bulk it up into muscle and gain muscle weight and not be so thin, and how I can assist my body to let it grow as tall as it can to its full potential?
Any advice is appreciated but please only if you have an idea of what your talking about.

Yeah but like, you can grow muscle through weighlifting if you have nothing to grow muscle out of, thats why i need to get "fatter" in a sense.
bought a tropical style desk with 8 legs. want to boost the height be putting something that looks like circular brown bamboo under each leg. any ideas?
