Grow Taller 4Idiots image

I am 13, so i’m still growing, but I really want to be a model and I’m 5’4 now and in order to grow taller, I eat a lot of calcium, I stretch a lot (mostly spine and knees), and I do regular aerobic exercises. I’m targeting my legs more, and I’m trying to improve posture. No drugs of any kind for an answer, just anything in my diet and exercises.
please don’t say i can’t and just be confident about myself and i just wanna get a couple in. taller

I know height is genetic but I heard there are posture exercises you can do to increase height?

Also I am a man and my back posture is odd too. It is like a c shape but much more like a c than normal guys. Not a hunched over back but a c shaped that goes in from the shoulders and out towards the but. Do you think I could maybe gain an inch by doing these. Also I am a male.

I’ve read that hanging from a bar can stretch your spine and make your posture better/ makes your body naturally grow. Can anyone testify to this?

I know there are plenty supplements out on the internet that have testimonials of people saying they work.. but seriously you can’t know they are legit. Anyone had a personal experience with a product that worked?

Any other suggestions? I always thought I was 5’4" and wasn’t to happy about that.. until I measured myself and realized I am actually 5’3". Boo. (I know one inch.. big difference haha)

My posture is quite bad, but I always sit up straight now, in hopes of correcting it

I want to grow taller, by 10cm/4inches. Is this even possible?
How do would I do it?
