I know that protein, glycine, arginine, glutamine,etc. helps your HGH levels to grow, but how much should i take of each? (grams)
This includes, in the morning, before after exercise and before bed?
Any other additional ways to increse HGH will be helpful as well.
I know exercise, diet and sleep information, but additional help will be great!

i want to grow taller. I’m 15 and am about 5’2. Female and got my period last year though it’s still not organized. Any ways to grow taller?? Is yoga really good or swiming or basket??? Do i have to drink a glass of milk a day and eat alot of meat and protein???

i have plenty of protein and carb in the day
but im not much of a fruit/ veggie person

Hello. i recently turned 17, am around 140lb and 5’11 feet tall.

I do have a fair bit of knowledge on this subject area, but obviously i’m not a master, so i just want to ask a few questions to fil in the gaps so i can make the most of my work outs and get bigger (which is obviously my gain :3)

1.I drank 2 scoups of maximuscle progain for 6 weeks and gained 4 kilos, but it was all around my stomach. REAALLLY flabby stuff there haha. presumeably the carbs had done that. I was working out 3 times a week while taking the supplement. I want to know that if i were to take maximuscle proMAX instead..which has barely any carbs and is mostly protein…would i still gain weight but not around my tummy?

2.I’v been at a great gym for nearly 4 months and do see some progress. My muscles appear more defined, but i swear i’m not ‘bigger’. It makes no sense. i lift the heaviest weight i can and do chest and arms one day – back and shoulders the second – and legs on third. so its all even ish. why arent i getting bigger? (i eat a lot, not as though i’m purposely trying to force feed myself though)

3.my bones are naturally thin. so looking at my arms for example, yes you can see a clear defined bicep etc, but the arm itself is relatively small. will keeping to a hard routine sort of make my bones grow. maybe not grow..but my arms appear bigger? (sorry to make it awkward)

if anyone could help me on ANY of the issues i’d be grateful!

I’m 16, and I haven’t grown since I turned 13. From age 11-13, I grew a whopping 5 in.!
I’m now 5’3" and my mom is 5’5" while my dad is 5’6". Also, my little sister who’s 14 is 5’4"! =(
I drink a cup of milk, eat yogurt, and cheese daily.
Also due to my genetic disease, I have to take many zinc supplements. I eat plenty of protein, but I can’t seem to get enough fat each day (dunno if that’s affected).
However, I deeply regret being malnourished and having to starve myself from age 14-15 , but I NEVER skipped a meal and I lost 20 lbs.

I’m 19 and i play soccer and workout daily, i play as a defender and i need to grow up my body strength, I’m not so tall for a defender, the reason i play defender is because i know how to read attackers mind and always do brave tackles, therefor i get a lot of injuries like Terry.

anyway im looking to buy Creatine or Protein or Amino acid, to build my muscle but i don’t want to get my muscles so big and heavy, so which is the best supplement for me to grow my muscle perfect, I’m thinking of using both Creatine and Amino, because i believe that protein will build my muscle very big and heavy, is it right, and when should i use them ? i always workout at about 6 pm..

or u have a better opinion ? I’m already working out for almost a month after a 1 month no workout, when should i start ?

Do protein shakes help you increase your height?

My son is now almost 4 years old. I noticed that he stoped growing at age 2. I took to 3 different doctors and they said the lab work is fine, might have thyroid problem but too early to tell.
He is younger brother is a year younger then him and he is as tall as he is. Someone told me to give him a low dose of amino acid supplements to help him grow. He is now at 14 pourcentile in his height.
Do you think it is a good idea to give him protein or is it dangerous? the protein I have is based on vegetable not animal.
Please advice and if you have any other suggestion on what to do to help him grow i’ll appreciate it.

Weight: 125
Height: 5’6 1/2

My parents are both 5’5, im consider myself lucky to get to be as tall as i am already, but i wanna maximize my growth potential to be hopefully around 5’10 to maybe even 6ft.

Supplements i take:
Calcium
Protein
Creatien (Only b4 workouts)

I wanna know if HGH will help increse my height, and what else i can do to increase my height. I also play sports, so i need to gain muscle, i do work out, but im not getting the results i want. So i wanna gain weight (in muscle) but not fat.

So questions:
HGH? and what kind?
What other supplements should i take?
Advice?
