i am 18 and supper skinny 5′11 110lb (not joking)
i want to get medium muscular so i just do push ups and sit ups and some others at home
i want to get some supplements that help me buildup muscles faster (faster as in 4-5months no pressure )
all i ask for is some suggestion for muscle supplement that is not too strong cost no harm but actually helps and reduce sore (i dont want protien shake, they never dissolve and taste like shit, protein shit, ill just eat chicken)

I’m a 15-year-old girl, 5′2”(157cm), and weighing around 48 kg(i ‘m not sure how to convert that into pounds)..i’m desparate to gain some height..my parents around 5′7” and 5′0” respectively, so i guess genetically this is all about how much i’ll grow..i don’t trust any supplements etc. that promote growth, since i’m too scared of affecting my growth hormone adversely!..i include lots of protein in my diet, including seafood and lentils and pulses, although i’m allergic to milk and try to make up for that by having a cup of yoghurt daily.are there any specific exercises(such as stretching exercises) that can help me grow taller?! Also, my legs are comparatively quite short, rather than my torso, so are there any specific exercises(i know i sound stupid, but i’m a bit clueless about all this, and like i said, desparate!)?

I’m about 5 ‘ 6.5 almost 5 ‘ 7. I would love to be at least 6 ‘ 2. I’m 15 years old. My dad is 5 ‘ 11 and my mom is a short 5 ‘ 2. Some say that genes isn’t all that has to do with height and how tall you grow. It is said that how you live your life can be a solution. There is also a harmless growth hormone supplement that is said to help with height growth as you take them everyday. Do you think this can help? Also, any suggestions on how i can assist my chances of getting to 6 ‘ 2?
My family is known to be short. The tallest was my dad at 5 ‘ 11 but this is common to some tall people for families not being tall. They begin new trends of taller heights as their sons and so on grow on to be tall thus making a new family- a tall family. Do you think i have a good chance to start a new trend if i take the supplements and eat my nutrients, protein, etc.?

I’m 16 and I weigh 115 pounds. It seems that no matter how much I eat I always end up not gaining any weight at all. I am naturally skinny and my family says I look way too skinny, and I am 5′8-5′9. I do drink protein shakes. My question is, what can I eat and drink to grow heavier and taller? Is there any food schedule I could be on to help?

I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5′9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am naturally, I haven’t grown in a year either. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really tall, were talking 6′5". My brother is 6′4". I hear that you have to be in a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at night bcuz thats when you grow, it’s a bit hard for me when I get into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to go to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I’ve been doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it’s not working. I don’t really want to take any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?
