I’m 15 and about 5’4" or so. I’m muscular for this height (weigh about 62kg), but I really would like to be taller. Would protein supplements help with growth? What else can I do to help me grow?
I am 17 years old and I am 6 foot tall and i was wondering if i can still grow 2-4 more inch’s in height. I am going to turn 18 soon and i am going to be playing sports in college. I have tall genes in my family as my mothers uncle was 7 foot tall and her cousin’s are 6 foot 8 and 6 foot 10. My father also has tall people over 6 foot in his family. I work out with weights and i eat alot and a lot of protein rich foods and take protein supplements and a little creatine once in a while. I also drink lots of milk at-least 4 classes a day. I heard I-GF1 or HGH can make you taller is that true. Can i Still grow naturally.
Hi im 16 and about 5′ 9" and 140 pounds. I want to gain weight and muscle mass but im afraid it will restrict me from growing any taller. Any type of workout plan, diet, and protein supplements would be great. Heres what i can do in the weight room now if thats a factor:
Bench: 130
Squat:250
Clean: 125
Pushups in a row: 25

I am a 17 year old guy who cannot gain weight to save my life. I’m currently about 52 kgs and i’ve been that way for a couple of years, seems like I’m only growing taller and thinning out. I’ve been doing weighs, push ups and sit ups for a while now which are working and I’m at least gaining a bit of muscle but what more can I do for regions like my chest etc? Also, along the lines of just gaining weight what is a good strategy? (do protein supplements work well etc). This mainly came up because I’m usually an couch potato kinda guy who is pretty unfit and I need to lift a lot of heavy stuff at work which is causing me grief but I also wouldn’t mind looking less anorexic etc. Thanks in advance ![]()
I am 17 years old and 9 months i am between 6 foot to 6 foot 1 inch’s and i want to be taller maybe around 6’2” to 6’6” when i was born my doctor told my parents i would be vary tall and large i lift weights everyday and eat protein rich foods and take protein supplements and i use a little creatine after i lift. Is there anything i can do or take to be taller or should i just be patient.
My moms dad was 6 foot 1 and my mom had an uncle that was around 7 feet tall and my dads uncles were around 6’6”
What all should i be eating to make myself taller? I am 5’5 right now. WIll protein supplements help? What are some good protein supplements in the market? Thanks.
