Would Silk Soy Milk help too. It is fortified with vitamins A and D and it is Calcium enriched. Also, what are some things I can do to grow better and more naturally? I’m 13 by the way, just in case you thought I was an adult trying to grow more.

Alright here’s the deal
I’m 16, turning 17 in April and i’m 5"6
I’m thinking of majorly switching my lifestyle up cos i feel like i can still grow alot more cos my dad is 5"5 and so is my mom, but males on my mom’s side are GIANTS.
And my brother, who took most of my mom’s genes, just turned 15 this month and is 5"5! so he’s definitely gonna be tall when he’s around my age lol.
Well i have a high metabolism, I dont always smoke, but occasionally, I drink occasionally too, i never sleep early, i on average get like 4 or 5 hours of sleep everyday, I play basketball, but only once a week, during gym class in school, and i have really long legs but a short torso, i wear size 32 length trousers (and i’m a boy btw, i’m aware that most girls have naturally long legs) and really long hands(i can stand up straight and touch the top of my knee caps easily lol)

So this is my plan

I will make my sleep pattern better, having at least 8-9 hours of sleep each day, even on weekends.
I will have all 3 aquare meals each day, but what times will it be best for me to have those meals so that the nutrients will help me achieve maximum growth? Also, what kind of meals should i have? more protein? more carbs ? i dont know lol, please tell me

I will stop smoking, i might have a ciggarrete maybe every once in like a month or something, when i go to parties or something

I’m gonna become an avid swimmer as i hear swimming helps so i’ll go swimming for about an hour at least 5 times a week. What times would be most effective for me to swim to achieve maximum growth? p.s the swimming pool closes at 8 on weekdays and at 6 on weekends. And what strokes should i do to achieve maximum height, HGH secretion and all that?

I’m also gonna become more into basketball as i want to play in college and that :)

For breakfast, I’m most likely to have a cup of coffee along with my meal, but i’ll always drink a glass of milk before i go to bed. I tend to eat alot of eggs with breakfast so that should help cushion some of coffee’s calcium stealing activities right?

I also eat alot of meat and chicken, not enough vegetables but i’ll start that too

I’ll groom myself really well, practice good hygiene and everything

I’ll do pull ups,everyday, when i wake up, and before i go to bed, Probably like 40 a day

I’ll follow this plan rigorously then after like 2 or 3 months i’ll start to take some calcium supplements, amino acids and such? That okay?

I know height is in your genes and blah blah blah, but i know i should be tall, cos i’ve always had long legs, always been kinda tall till i was like 11 or 12 then everything started going slow, but i had some bad habits anyway.

I’m also gonna take an xray to see if my long bones have fused or closed or something which leaves me at my final height which i doubt.

I know Scotty Pippen grew over 4 inches after he was 22 in his NBA career and a bunch of other NBA stars, probably cos of the rigorous training? I don’t know but i know i should be wayyy taller than this

So what you think of the plan, sound good, any possibility of it working?

Hey, I’m really concerned about my height. Almost all my friends, even my 13 year old girlfriend are taller than me. My mom is only 5’2" and my dad isn’t quite six feet tall. I eat heavy meals rich in carbs and protein, I take calcium, magnesium and Vitamin B supplements and I exercise regularly but not excessively. I get eight to nine hours of sleep consistently.

And yet, I’ve only grown half an inch since spring, and only 1.5 inches since last summer.

What can I do to grow?
Thanks SLBSH but Im more looking for ways to artificially increase my growth. Like, other supplements that I should take, or medication, or really anything. I have my short mom’s bone structure and I’m worried that I won’t get much taller unless I overcome my genetics.

ok im a 15 year old male, and i am 5’7-5’8, about 153-155 lbs, with 1 brother who is 17 and 5’10……my dad is 5’5 and my mom is 5’2…….on my moms side, all my uncles are between 5’6-5’10, and on my dads side, their around 5’7-5’10……my tallest cousin is around 6’1 and he is on my dads side…..i got a bone age test saying im still growing for a while and the test says my bones think im 15 and they are growing like a regular 15 year old male would…….i drink ALOT of milk, basically a gallon in about 2-3 days and i take calcium pills and centrum performance pills (multivitamin/multimineral supplements)…….i have a good diet, eat alot of protein and i dont eat too much sweets, alot of healthy foods….i play volleyball alot and i sometimes play basketball…..i will start going to the gym soon, basically every other day……so i think i have given enough information to predict how tall i will grow….

Im 16 years old right now and weigh 145 or so pounds, im 6 feet tall. Ive been working out for like a year now 3x a week, but im not really seeing anything, only when i flex. Also in my bicep area my vein isnt showing or anything. The main areas i care about are shoulders, arms, and abs. I eat around 60g of protein a day and on days i work out, i drink these supplements with 30g of protein right after. Also i heard that working out pressures your spine and it causes you to stop growing taller and shrinks you is this true? Please dont give me some extreme diet, because i go to school and live a normal life so i cant do those lean chicken stuff and stay away from bad foods because i get them naturally in the lunch line.

I started effort to gain my height at 21 years old. I keep gym, drink milk, consume protein and calcium as additional supplement daily. I shape/slim up my body, burning fat in order for me for being healthy to grow tall. I realize and felt I am taller but only a bit. However many people said my age of 22 was already mature and stopped being grow anymore. While I read in article it said that the growth period of male is stop on age of 25. Which one is true and what else should I do?

i want to get medium muscular so i just do push ups and sit ups and some others at home
i want to get some supplements that help me buildup muscles faster (faster as in 4-5months no pressure )

I’m a 15-year-old girl, 5’2”(157cm), and weighing around 48 kg(i ‘m not sure how to convert that into pounds)..i’m desparate to gain some height..my parents around 5’7” and 5’0” respectively, so i guess genetically this is all about how much i’ll grow..i don’t trust any supplements etc. that promote growth, since i’m too scared of affecting my growth hormone adversely!..i include lots of protein in my diet, including seafood and lentils and pulses, although i’m allergic to milk and try to make up for that by having a cup of yoghurt daily.are there any specific exercises(such as stretching exercises) that can help me grow taller?! My family is known to be short. The tallest was my dad at 5 ‘ 11 but this is common to some tall people for families not being tall. They begin new trends of taller heights as their sons and so on grow on to be tall thus making a new family- a tall family. I’m 16 and I weigh 115 pounds. It seems that no matter how much I eat I always end up not gaining any weight at all. I am naturally skinny and my family says I look way too skinny, and I am 5’8-5’9. I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5’9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. Hi, I’m 17 (18 in June), 6′ 185 lbs. I was wondering if I could still grow at least 2 inches or anything at all really (I’ve been 6′ for about a year or two). I eat a lot and work out and run and play basketball some. I’ve been trying to increase my muscle mass but I also want to actually get a little taller at least. I was wondering if it is possible (or likely) and if there is anything that could help me grow (besides milk and protein, I get enough of that). Will I grow any more? Or are you going to tell me that it’s not based on diet and it’s on genetics? i’m a 15 year old female and i want to grow really bad! i read in a few articles that asians are short because their diets are typically grains. and when they arrive at america , their diets change so that is why you see 6’5 tall asians walking around these days!! is this true? would it work? or is it just crazy? what happens when i eat more protein then i need?
