I’m 11 haven’t gone through puberty yet. Im 5ft or 5ft1. how can i grow tall naturally? what vitamins and minerals? Example of foods that contain calcium? anything that would help no stupid products or books.
my moms about 5ft4 to 5ft6, my dad is about 5ft9 and my grandpa is 6ft.

i need some tips i can use to grow taller during puberty i want to grow at least 3-4 inches in a month please help me.

(I know it sounds a bit unrealistic but I’m keeping a positive attitude :D)…How do I increase my height? I heard there are pills which helps to boost your height but I’m not sure which one will be effective. I want to know stories from people who have increased their height after puberty and how they do it. Thanks!

im 20 and im 5′8 and half 5′9 with shoes.. can i still grow? honestly i really dont know if i have slow growth rate or something?? i remember when i was a freshman i was taller than most of the people my age. but as time passed most my friends towered over me. during my sophomore year i was measured to be 5′7 and half. so in 3 years i only grew about 1 and half inch? my legs seems kinda short for some reason. and my mustache is thick but i cant grow a beard.. am i still in my puberty mode?? i also noticed that my voice didnt change much at all but i am almost 21. i dunno if i still can grow taller but i hope i do. another thing is my fingers are very long and so are my arms. do u guys think i still have a chance to grow? am i going through a slow growth rate or something? comment pls!! thanks!!

I’m 16 and I’ve been taking a medication that is basically concentrated Vitamin A for acne. I found out that it also causes puberty to stop. Well I have not gotten any taller since I started taking it and my penis hasn’t gotten any bigger either. Its about 5" right now but I wanna know if its done growing since I seem to have stopped puberty from this medication and what I can do about it.

P.S. medication is called Acutane if that helps any.
