Grow Taller 4Idiots image

I know that protein, glycine, arginine, glutamine,etc. helps your HGH levels to grow, but how much should i take of each? (grams)
This includes, in the morning, before after exercise and before bed?
Any other additional ways to increse HGH will be helpful as well.
I know exercise, diet and sleep information, but additional help will be great!

I don’t know if I want to go to a therapist because I don’t want to be judged too quickly since I’m recognizing everything and trying to fix it, it’s not like I continue it. It’s kind of a long story.

I’m a model, since I was very young I wanted to be a model, when I was 15 was when I actually took some action in trying to become one. I was excited because I always got compliments that I should be a model, anyway, very happy at 15 i tried to work on looking like famous supermodels. I printed photos of all my favorite pictures and hanged them in my bedroom walls and ceiling, they were the first thing I saw when I woke up, I was 5’1 and weighed 105. When I learned my model Idol was 5’11 and weighed 108 i bought a tape measure and started watching and measuring my waist, arms and legs etc. I started to do everything in eating and resting etc. to naturally grow taller and I did, (I’m now 5’10.5). I lived in New York, so finding a good agency wasn’t hard work, Next New York accepted me and I started. By the time I started I was 5’7 and 16 years old and weighed 100 lbs. After doing some runways I got the attention of some people and got so lucky I left home 16 to begin the career. A year later I saw how agents pushed other models into getting skinnier. I remember everyday I would stand in the mirror and talk to myself and say the same thing every night "Look at yourself, take a good look at yourself, you have such a pretty face, what a great personality you have, you’d be so much better if you were thin" Eventually I started changing the last word and changing it to thinner, then the thinnest etc. I’m not anorexic. I’m under weight yes, but not anorexic, and I don’t want to be, but there are models skinner than I am and it puts me down. At 18 I started to get little sleep and got unde eyes, I started smoking (I quit now) and I’d party with other people like me. I like my job, I’ve been featured in magazines twice, I like my salary and I met many inspiring people there.

I took a break from it and tried to get healthy again. I’m about 120, I’m 18 I finally started college, I want to be skinnier or at least as skinny as Jessica stam for instance, who’s my height (she’s 109). But I don’t want to be as skinny as I use to be, because most of my high school friends made jokes and everything and it was NOT fun. I feel depressed with how much weight I should lose, when I was at a good weight (110) I lived off of silk milk, water, berries and almonds.

We all know excercise stimulates growth hormone besides sleep but what physical activity and for how long. My growth plates are still open and my doctor said I can maximize my growth potential in my genes. Please answer if only you have knowledge on the subject.

i m 18 years,my height is not growing since 2 years,i m just 5 feet this time,i take complete sleep and a normal diet but my height is not growing up,y???i m becoming week as well,my back bone which known as SCAPULA,its alos geting increased,wat kind of diet adn work shud i do so that i become taller?my mom is about 5 feeta dn my dad is about 5.9.i had tonsils problem as well in past but i got operation of them,when i was 10 years,now i dnt have tonsils but my height is not growing

I need tip on how to grow taller! im 16 years old and im sadly 5’3. All my friends are at least 5’5 and taller and they are always picking on me about my height. Im in the track team and i exercise daily but it still doesnt seem like im growing. i drink milk every single day before i go to sleep but it still doesnt help. btw im asian if that effects anything. my brother is 5’7, dad is 5’8 and my mom is 5’2.

I want to know if there’s any way I could grow 2-3 inches. I’ve heard stretching exercises could help. What can I do to grow taller? Like what types of foods should I eat, and how much do I need to sleep and exercise. I feel stressed out alot, does that hinder growth?I am 16 and 5’6. My dad is 6’2 and my mom is 5’4.

-I’m 5’5 1/2
-16 years old, turning 17 in 5 months
-My dad is 5’9
-My mother is 4’11 ish
-I haven’t grown much in the past couple of years
-I sleep 7-10 hours a day (more when theres no school and maybe less when there is school)
-My hands are 20 cm in length and feet are size 8 1/2 (Canadian/American) which again haven’t grown much in the past couple of years (I thinks I’ve had the same shoe size since grade 6, 5 years ago)
-I have facial hair, body hair, the whole shibang
-I’ve also been taking multi vitamins for the past couple of months.
-I’m naturally muscular, but I also have extra fat (which I’m trying to lose) and my frame is naturally thicker too (so I look fatter than I am)

I am 16 years old, turning 17 in 4 months. My mother is 5,4” and my father is 5,10”. I am only 5,3”. I am shorter than both my parents! Is there still a possibility for me to grow any taller?

I eat a healthy diet, take multivitamins and I often get a good amount of sleep. Is there something wrong with me?

Im 13 and asian and about 150.5cm. I usually sleep at around 11-12 and wake up at 6:15. My diet is normal and I exercise every other day. I’m really worried about my height because almost everyone’s taller than me and I don’t want to grow up to be a vertically challenged person.What can I do to grow taller?

mother (46 years old): 5’0
father (48 years old) : 5’8
sister (21 years old) : 5’5
brother (17 years old): 5’10 1/2
youngest ME (13 years old): 5’1

look, i’m only 5’1 and i weigh 97 lbs or 44 kgs. (i’m a female, ok)
i don’t sleep early and i always don’t have enough sleep since i was 11 years old. now, i’m trying to sleep early and today, i slept 8:00pm and woke up at 6:00am. i had 10 hours of sleep. i’m trying to have enough sleep because maybe it will be one of the ways for me to grow tall. my sister and brother are tall and i’m the only one who is a small. even my feet is small. my shoe size is 36. do you think i will still grow taller than i am now? i’m in third year highschool.
yeah, it has been two years from now.

I am currently 5’2, 95 lbs, turning 15 in march.
my mom is 5’1 (33 y.o) and my dad is 5’3 (38 y.o).
I do lots of stretching and excersise (yoga, cardio).
I eat a very balanced diet, of lots of veggies and fruits, and little meat.
all in all, i’m a health freak. I sleep an average of 8 hours a day.
I have no idea how tall I will be or how to determine it.
all of my friends are taller than i am!! lol.
i really want to grow more, probably to be about 5’7.
though i’ll PROBABLY be satisfied at 5’6. =P
do you think this will be possible for me?

I’m currently 15 years old and about to graduate my freshman year in High School. I am 5’6, my mother is 4′ 11" and my father is about 5’8". My mother wants me to grow taller than my father. So do I. If possible, I want to reach 6 foot. I plan, over the summer, to get 8+ hours of sleep and drink milk before I go to bed and after I wake up. This is nearly impossible during school days because of the work loud I get. What are the chances that I will successfully reach 6 foot? What are some things I can do to naturally to help aid my height growth?

I’m a asian girl I turned 14 last March and I’m worried bout my height….
my sisters are still taller than me their 20 and 21… but still I wanna be taller than they are… their only 5’4 and 5’3 I think I’m around 5’2 n 1/2 so what I did last year I ate everything that I wanted I just eat so that I get taller…I take food supplements I avoided junk foods caffeine and all those stuff but still I feel like school is interfering my plans i only get 6-4 hours of sleep everyday… so I wanna know If there’s a way that I could get taller and not have to be fat or be like all muscular with all the exercise? and and.. I wanna know what kind of exercise should I do to get tall and if there are foods that will help me get taller and secrets to help me do that… and I wanna know does it really matter what time you sleep as long as you get alot? and if sleeping w/out a pillow help you get taller. thnx… and if there are vitamins that i can take that will really help….
