I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5’9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am naturally, I haven’t grown in a year either. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really tall, were talking 6’5". My brother is 6’4". I hear that you have to be in a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at night bcuz thats when you grow, it’s a bit hard for me when I get into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to go to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I’ve been doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it’s not working. I don’t really want to take any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?
Hi everyone. I just turned 19 and I am currently 5’6. I am an active person and I get adequate sleep. I swim, play basketball, run, and exercise almost everyday. ( This has been on going for about 4-5 years). I want to get taller and I seen so many supplements in the market. Have any of you taken any and have you seen results? I seen some, but the price seems ridiculous. Then again, I rather buy something expensive that works rather than something that is cheap and I see no improvement. I’m 19 years old and i’m 6’3, i want to take it normally but will the stimulation on my HGH cause me to skyrocket into a extremly tall person? I’d rather not get any taller then i am, and i’m just being cautious.. I guess i’ve at my plateau in growing, and would extra HGH make me grow taller?

Over the Holiday break, I got like a LOT of sleep (About 12 Hours) and I haven’t really left the house during the break. But when I put on my shoes today, they don’t fit like they used to.
So apparently my feet grew during the break because I had a lot of room and now my feet are cramped.
So does the growth of my feet mean that I might be growing taller soon?

at the beginning of eighth grade i grew some but then i stopped, i am now 5’3 1/2 . i wanna be 5’5 by the end of the summer . my mom is 5’0 or 4’9 and my dad is 5’6 . ive heard if you sleep with your legs straight it might make you grow taller . i go to sleep at 9 and wake up around 7 every day (and its summer) . i eat healthy . and i have healthy desserts . i almost have milk everyday (not a glass but calcium, like cheese sometimes, or low fat icecream, i dont really like milk )
i think sleeping with your legs straight really worked for me, i did it for 2 months and i grew .
im 19 years old and im 5 flat. im the shortest in the family. i dont believe that there is no more chance for me to grow tall since my younger brothers have gone 5’8 up and my older sister is like 5’3 or 5’4. there are herbal products that says can make you grow taller even if you’re 20 up but is kind of expensive and requires 8 hours of sleep.

Okay, I’m probably one of two million people that ask this same question, but I really want to grow. I’m 18 and 5’7” and Asian. I calculated that my height should be 5’8” but I’m not even 5’8” and I want to be taller. I want to do everything it takes. I heard men stops growing at 21 so I still have a chance. Here are the things I’m going to try:
Take Human Growth Hormone: I’ve researched and It seems like Sytropin and Genf20 are actually effective in producing HGH for growing taller
Stretching: I’m going to exercise harder and stretch more, Jump rope and Sprints
Quit smoking and drinking: Yeah i know i shouldnt have started those in the first place..
Take other supplements: vitamins, royal jelly, etc.
Eat more healthy foods: no fast food ever!
Try to sleep more.
Use Yoko: it’s worth a try. it’s cheap.
Use an Inversion Table.
I want to be 5’10” to 6’1”
Any other suggestions would be very appreciated.

Some people tell it that to gain enough height you have to sleep properly but I have read here in yahoo that sleeping less than 6 hours or sleeping more than 7 hours is bad for health. Okay well i’m 14 and i’m 4 foot 10.5 inches.
I used to be perfect on the "average height chart" but then i got off for some reason, and the doctor showed me and told me that that is rare.. so i’m going to the hospital soon to find out. But the doctor said that i need to do height increasing stretches, which i am but i’m scared i wont grow anymore. My mom is about 5 foot 3 and my dad is about 5 foot 7 or around there. I’m obviously going after my mom but she’s not THIS short.

I’m 14 years old, a height of 5’2′, and my weight ranges from 107-110 usually. My mom is 5’4′ but my dad is 6’1. On my mom’s side people are about her height or a little taller/sometimes a bit shorter. On my dad’s its his height or shorter.

This is not something I bought, just one that I thought up.
- Takes place during 3 months or so, maybe during low stress times.
- HGH pills. I will use less than what the instructions actually say per dose.
- balanced diet to create influx of nutrients, but more of everything, even vegetables. I will eat to the point where I feel uncomfortable. I will take a vitamin/calcium supplement with every meal.
- sleep no later than 9 every night. sleep flat on my back with no pillow.
- excercise: jogging, swimming, pullups, pushups, jumping.
- always walk as if I am feeling someone is pulling me apart like noodles, keep body very straight.
I am not 20 yet.
