ok im 13 and i need 2 more inches to become 5ft.. sooo how can i grow taller fast.. without like getting surgery…. and without steroids
yes my parents r pretty short.. sadly

Im a male,So im turning 15 this april and im 5’0. my mom is like 5’1 and dad like 5’3 yeah short. but my moms grandpa and her whole side was pretty tall and my dad side is short im guessing? Im look more like my dad but im think im growing like on my moms side, cause my mom doesnt reallyy get acne and my dad does and so my brother is taking from that. SOOO what i want to know is the a chance ill grow super tall like on my moms side? and what are some tips to gaining a few inches before your growth spurt?. Like how to sleep and what MAINLY to eat, and ect THANKS GUYS
