I just want to increase my growth speed even if it’s just a tiny bit =P i don’t want to take pills and i don’t expect for me to grow taller right away. Is there a way for me to increase my growth speed a bit by eating or sports? or is there another way? or no?

Im 13, and Im tall, about 5 ’7. But most people in my family have grown early, and most are average sized. Im an athlete, but I know how important it is to be big to be successful in sports. Chances are I’ll be 5 ’10, 5 ’11, maybe 6 foot. But in my sport, baseball, the best players mostly taller than that, or at least it couldn’t hurt to be taller.

I know I’m going to grow up to be average size, at least. But I’d love to be 6 ’1 someday. Im very active, and my diet is so-so. My dad is a 5 ’10, 5 ’11, my mom is 5 ’7, my sister is 5 ’7, and my brother somehow shot up to almost 6 ’3.

I’ve heard rumors of how to get taller, but I want to do it naturally, such as, a better diet, or specific exercises throughout my growing years. I’ve heard that stretching releases human growth hormones, so could that help me grow? I do yoga and poladies both once a week. Should I do more? What else can I do?

I’m 23 years old and 350 pounds at 6 feet tall. I know that’s not good at all which is why I’m here to do something about it. I know working out and eating healthy is how it works, please don’t post that just to get a point!

I’ve been overweight my whole life and haven’t ever done well with diets. I played 4 sports a year in high school and was very active but the weight continued to pile on. About a year ago I had back surgery for a pinched nerve so some activities might be off limits for me still.

I understand this won’t be fast and am looking for lifestyle suggestions not just diets. I know the basics of course, less junk food more time in the gym, what I’m looking for is specifics.

Information like how many calories should I be taking in each day for healthy weight loss and what kinds of activities should I be supplementing my eating habits with? Suggestions for how to balance meals better and what types of things I should be getting in my diet as well as supplements I can take for even better results (I’ve heard fish oil tablets are very healthy). I grew up in a junk food family so food health has never been a subject I’ve been good at.

I have a goal of losing 100 pounds in one year, is that thinking too big? What would be more realistic and what kind of eating/exercise routine should I adopt to achieve it?

i really want to know if there are any growth supplements available so that i can get to about 170 cm or taller.

because i am getting my license soon it really affects the way i drive lol. and my mum is chinese and my dad is yugoslavian. i think i get my genes from my dad because my mum is about 170 in cm and he is only 160 but they got divorced anyway.

what i really would like to know is if i should get some growth supplements or whatever you call them to make me grow taller in height. or should i just see what happenes in 2 or 3 years time when i am 20 or 21 lol. and i might still be growing?

because i think that i have stopped growing since 17 or whatnot. is there any supplements that i can buy from australia which is were i live or should i just wait and see if i do grow some more during the next half year. and do physical exercises and sports etc.

what is the best possible solution for this?

It is not illegal to consume but in sports it is. Can it be bought at GNC or pharmacy? What is wrong with HGH

Well, I am 13 years old and 5’1. I weigh 92 pounds…how do I get taller? I’ve already gone through puberty and all of that. I’ve been drinking a cold glass of milk every night and going to bed at 9:30-10PM. I went through puberty quite early–the middle of my fifth grade year. I know this is just another stereo type, but I’m asian and they say its harder to become taller when you’re asian? Anyway, I want to grow taller without wearing wedges or high heels…naturally without taking any prescription/medicine/acids or punctures. What do you suggest for someone my age to grow taller? I’m planning on playing more sports during the summer. I’ve never gone out of the house that much–my mom never has the time to take me and my dad isn’t well..in contact anymore. So I have NEVER been to any amusement parks–including Disneyland nor have I played many sports outside of my P.E. class. I’m signing up for badminton and it starts next week, but its only for 20 days. My mom is planning on signing me up on volleyball during the summer, but like I said only for a few weeks. I don’t really exercise…once I eat my belly is pretty full but when I sleep all that belly fat goes away in the morning (mostly). P.E. classes at school help too, since we run twice a week around a really big track. I want to get taller then my mom, who is 5’3 and 42. I want to be at least 5’5-5’7 by the time I get out of highschool. I want to be at least 5’2 or 5’3 in two years. Thanks :)

Height: 5’6 1/2

My parents are both 5’5, im consider myself lucky to get to be as tall as i am already, but i wanna maximize my growth potential to be hopefully around 5’10 to maybe even 6ft.

Calcium
Protein
Creatien (Only b4 workouts)

I wanna know if HGH will help increse my height, and what else i can do to increase my height. I also play sports, so i need to gain muscle, i do work out, but im not getting the results i want. So i wanna gain weight (in muscle) but not fat.

Well, I’m a 17 year old guy and I’m only 5’8, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get to 6 feet, or at least grow tiny bit taller. I don’t care how much, I just need to get a bit taller. I’m not doing for the girls, taller people have an advantage in some sports (tennis, basketball, etc..) I’m starting to lose hope because I know that our height highly depends on our parents. I’m already taller than my father by 1.5 inches and my mom by 4-5 inches. I don’t want any drugs like HGH by the way.

I’m about 5 foot now, or a little bit more (154cm). I’m turning 13 this year but I want to know if I can grow maybe another 10cm in the future. My mum is about 156/157cm tall and my dad is probably 169/170cm. What is about the approximate height for me?

My older sister is about the same height as me (but I think I’m a little bit taller than her. She’s a year older than me). My older brother is about 167cm tall. They rarely do sports but I play soccer and basketball most of the time. I join school clubs and all those.

Ok so I was wondering, I’m 14 years old, at 5’6, and weigh 112 pounds. I am a skinny person in terms of slimness. I am very thin looking and my body is too thin in my eyes. I would like to have a wider torso, bigger arms in terms of you know, fatness? Lol, and bigger overall legs cause my calves are ridiculously skinny. I would also like to be maybe 3-4 inches taller. I am aware that I am still a bit young and my body still has time to grow. However, I want to know if there is any way to make sure I get the best out of the time I have left of puberty or whatever you want to call it.

So here the big question is, what are some things I can do(sports, foods, drinks, supplements or that stuff they sell at the exercise store) that I can do or use to assist my body in becoming wider, in order to then bulk it up into muscle and gain muscle weight and not be so thin, and how I can assist my body to let it grow as tall as it can to its full potential?

Any advice is appreciated but please only if you have an idea of what your talking about.

Yeah but like, you can grow muscle through weighlifting if you have nothing to grow muscle out of, thats why i need to get "fatter" in a sense.

okay so im 14, turning 15 in 2 months and couple of days. and i hate how im so short. im chinese btw. my mom is prettty tall 5’7. but my dad is hecka short, like 5’5 or 5’6 and i hate it because i take after my dad. we’re both socialbe, talkative, love sports, and hate school. so my parents are obviously both chinese. my mom’s dad was almost 6 but then my dad’s dad is like 5;7 and his mom isnt that tall either…like 5’3 or something but thats pretty good. so now on to me. i am only 5 ft and 3 cm and that sucksss! i grew like 1/2 inch between 8th and 9th grade. so i heard many things that sleep, food, and sports can make u grow taller. but isn’t it mostly genetics. so my question is how can i grow taler? i want to be at least 5 ft 1 inch by the itme im 15. but i dont think thats coming true..plz help. how can i grow taller???? and naturally…nothing like taking pills.

I have the problem with my height.
I’m 15 y/o, an Asian, in 10th grade high school now, and my height is just 164cm (5’4").
My father is 170cm (5’7") and my mother is 155cm (5’1")
I think I’m too short for boys in 10th grade high school students.
I always drink milk and food supplement, but I don’t like sports much!
So, is this a problem?

When in 8th grade, our height was same, 162cm
But now in same school, he is 175cm, and I’m 164cm.
