I’m 17 and 5’2. I know I still have at least one more year to get taller. My mom stopped growing at 18, so I guess I have a chance also. I really wanna be at least 5’4 or 5’5. Is there any exercises or stretches that help you grow? Or anything at all??

Im 13.5 and im 6 ft 2 inches. I wanna be really tall like 7 foot. my doctor said i’ll be anywhere from 6 ft 6 to 6 ft 9. But i really wanna make 7 feet. What can i do to get taller naturally. I already do stretches and have become vegetarian (studies shows they grow on average 2 inches taller than meat eaters)

WHAt can i do to increase my chances of reaching 7 ft?

No actually your wrong. my pediatrician is # 1 is maryland. you can get protien from things other than meat( peanut butter,nuts,seeds,shakes). I thinki trust her more than a "used to be" pediatricion

Im adopted so idk how tall my birth parents r, but im only 5’3 1/2" and need to get to 5’7" its a certain height requirement for something im trying out for. Im asian, 13 1/2 (bday in Feb) and got my . about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Will i be able to grow those 4 inches? I eat healthy and do daily stretches, sit ups, and pushup, but I dont do a sport. What can I do to improve my growing (ps-I have iron supplement pills that i take about once every 2 weeks, if i take them about every 1 or 2 a week, will they help? its ok if i do, my doctor told me, but will it help?)
I cant play basketball cuz the seaon already started and I cant join, so preferable exercises or courses outside of school, I cant hire a personal trainer, and I know I cant dramatically change my height, just give it a little boost

I believe average height is 5′ 9" in America, and although I am still only 17, I am below this and do not expect to grow further. However, I have heard spinal stretching can increase height from 1-3 inches. This seems reasonable, as one’s spin DOES compress during the day due to gravity (you’re taller in the morning than later in the day because of this). Does anyone know if this is true? State your background in health if you have any, and any suggested spin stretches would be appreciated. Also, how long will these results last, and how can they be made to last longer?

Im a 15 year old male.. and im only 5 foot 4.. all of my fends are taller then me.. my dad was 6 foot and my mom is 5 foot 2.. im pretty muscular and not fat.. can i still grow? any exercises or stretches or foods that will help?

I am 16 years old and only 5’5. Plz dont tell me to be satisfied with it because I’m really not. Im pretty sure I went thru puberty already because I got the deepened voice and facial hair, body hair. I dont think I went thru a growth spurt though. When I was in grade 7 or 8 I put on maybe 2 inches, was that my growth spurt?
My parents are both short, mom is a few inches shorter than me and my dad is my height.

Do I still have potential for growing taller? Are there any stretches/exercises that can make me taller? What about supplements?

Does calorie intake play an important role in growth?

Has anyone actually grown taller (and by how much) through the grow-taller stretches? I don’t want any supplement ads, just if this has worked for anybody?

I’ve heard of those bone growth pills, but they just seem way too risky. I was just wondering if there were any kinds of stretches or some type of formula thingy you could bathe in that would allow your body to grow naturally taller.

I have been looking on the internet and there are like books of stretches to make you grow taller. Doesn’t anyone know any stretches I could do?

I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5’9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am naturally, I haven’t grown in a year either. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really tall, were talking 6’5". My brother is 6’4". I hear that you have to be in a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at night bcuz thats when you grow, it’s a bit hard for me when I get into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to go to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I’ve been doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it’s not working. I don’t really want to take any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?
