I am an 18 year old girl and am 5 foot 4 inches in height.
I would love to grow taller by atleast 3.5 inches, so that I can model.
I would welcome any suggestions as to how to acccomplish the same.

..well SOME of my family members are tall and some are not
my dad’s 5’6” and my mom’s 5’5” i think…

I want to make my task-bar look like windows 7. I have increased the height of my task-bar, but i am unable to increase the height of the windows media player’s tool-bar which comes after minimizing it in task-bar.Please help me i will surely award 10 marks for best answer if it work…

Hello, I’m 18 years old, 5’8" tall and weigh around 115-117. I am underweight for my height and have always been smaller than my friends.
My family is very unlucky when it comes to growing genes and I got the short end of the stick. All males in the family are extremely skinny although my dad is a solid weight for his height. I have also been taking a prescription drug called Adderal since I was in the sixth grade. This drug helps ADD but removes your appetite. Six years of barely eating anything and going days without food has really taken a toll on my body.
I am a food expediter at a 4 star restaurant and have to carry heavy trays that would cost my company hundreds of dollars if dropped. All my life I have been told that i’m screwed and my family genes/metabolism will not allow me to gain weight.
I have also tried taking BSN products such as TruMass weight gaining supplements. I didn’t seem to gain ANY weight after a solid month of 3 1k calorie shakes per day. Due to the fast pace of my job i would consider myself in good condition for how skinny i am.
I would really like to know if it is possible for me to go from 115 to 130/145. I’m tired of being small and am ready to make the change. I understand working out and eating/sleeping right is hard work but i’m ready for the challenge.
I have stopped taking prescription drugs and would really like to gain some weight before going to college for the military.
Please send me some tips for rapid weight gain or working out. I’m also clueless as to what to eat. I have a Bowflex V2 that never gets used and would love to learn some new stuff. Thanks in advance!
Now I know it mostly all about genetics but I think I still have a chance of growing because my uncle is the same height as my dad (5’8) and his wife is short and their kid turned out to be pretty tall so I know it’s possible to grow taller than your parents.
Anyways I’m 5’7 1/2 (5’8 with shoes on) and I would like to be at least grow another inch but I would really like to be 5’10 and up. I found some exercises that supposedly help you grow but I’m wondering what are the best vitamins to help support your growth?

Besides the whole general balanced diet with fruits and veggies and exercising certain amount of time per week, are there specific exercises/stretches one can do to help them grow? What are they and how would they help? (If you know any sources to back it up, it will be greatly appreciated). How daily do you have to do these exercises/stretches in order for them to be effective in aiding one’s growth? 10 points for best, thorough answer!! Thanks in advance.

IKnow- Do you by any chance know at what age most people stop growing (esp for females)?
I just turned 13 and I akready have had hit puberty since I was 10. But my height is not growing, I even got my periods. Give me some suggestions. I’m 100% pure vegetarian. Thanks in advance.
I’m 17 and I’m just 5.5 I really need to increase my height My dad is much more taller than me around 5.6-5.7 I’ve also started gym and started weight lifting. Should I stop that? what excersies do you recommend for increase height a couple for inches.

IS there any way or anything That I can do to make me taller faster or something?? and yes I am aware that I will stop growing at the age of 21 but I have not grown an inch in like years and I NEED to grow. im a guy, almost 19 years old & im only 5 foot 6. im just wondering if its a possibility that i may grow another inch or 2. my mother is about an inch or 2 shorter, my father & 2 brothers are all about an inch or 2 taller than me over the past year or so ive been starting to be able to grow more facial hair, but it grows very slowly & not thick. armpit hair has been just starting to grow in but that’s slow also. i wear size 7 to 8 shoes. i feel that im still in or in the process of finishing my stages of puberty & that i will grow a little more but im not sure im no doctor or scientist, but when im done with puberty & have grown to my max shouldnt armpit hair have fully grown in & wouldnt i be getting the 5 o clock shadows? just curious so im open to hear any opinions, thanks in advance

I am 14, at 5’10. I need to become taller, my goal is about 6’3/ don’t worry, my dad is still taller than me, even tho he’s almost 60. But I do lift weights at the gym. I dont do anything heavy,, like benchpresses. I do pulldowns, crunches, chests, work out my legs, and i dont do anything that requires my legs to lift up my weight. I also take calcium supplements(vitamin d included), get around 7 hours of sleep, and i do strewching excercises hoping i will get taller. Will any of this help me grow? I know most of you will say ill get taller naturally, but not as tall as i want to be. will it help? thanks in advance!
