Grow Taller 4Idiots image

I’ve been working out my legs for awhile, and none of the exercises I’ve been doing helps anymore, I can do them all easily. What can I do (with or without weights) to increase my jump height?
Gymnastics is also the reason for my question. I can do back tucks and front tucks, but I want it to be a little easier.

I really really just want to grow one or two more inches. Is this possible? I have heard of people putting weights on their legs while they sleep and other weird methods but am skepticle of trying them. Is there any remote way to get my height up at this point? I would do anything.

I am currently 17 years old. 5’4 and 135 pounds. I lift weights and run on a daily routine. I do no lift a great amount because I do not want to stunt my growth. Is there any way I can achieve a greater height increase of around 5’7 ? I have spoken to my doctor and she has stated that I have not stopped growing. I have about an inch left to grow. Is there any other way I can enhance my height un-naturally??? For example Hormone Pills?

I am 17 years old and I am 6 foot tall and i was wondering if i can still grow 2-4 more inch’s in height. I am going to turn 18 soon and i am going to be playing sports in college. I have tall genes in my family as my mothers uncle was 7 foot tall and her cousin’s are 6 foot 8 and 6 foot 10. My father also has tall people over 6 foot in his family. I work out with weights and i eat alot and a lot of protein rich foods and take protein supplements and a little creatine once in a while. I also drink lots of milk at-least 4 classes a day. I heard I-GF1 or HGH can make you taller is that true. Can i Still grow naturally.

I am 14, at 5’10. I need to become taller, my goal is about 6’3/ don’t worry, my dad is still taller than me, even tho he’s almost 60. But I do lift weights at the gym. I dont do anything heavy,, like benchpresses. I do pulldowns, crunches, chests, work out my legs, and i dont do anything that requires my legs to lift up my weight. I also take calcium supplements(vitamin d included), get around 7 hours of sleep, and i do strewching excercises hoping i will get taller. Will any of this help me grow? I know most of you will say ill get taller naturally, but not as tall as i want to be. will it help? thanks in advance!

wahh i’m short. I’m a girl btw. Any tips to grow taller? and don’t give me all the genetic crap cause most of the people in my family are tall.
I also weigh 125 pounds which is really weird because i don’t eat a lot. My little sister who is 8 is really skinny and she eats twice as much as me. It’s so unfair. And I exercise a lot. about 2+ hours a day of dance and this fitness program, except on fridays when i have an extra hour of dance. on saturdays and some sundays, i go to the gym and work out all day (running, weights, swimming etc.) and i’m still fat >.< i’m not like obese or anything. A lot of my weight is muscle. I just have some extra flab around my stomach that won’t seem to go away no matter how much i exercise. And I’m really healthy so that’s not a problem. My mom is a really big health freak. Everything I eat is organic. Even my toothpaste and shampoo and stuff is organic. It’s crazy. haha. so basically, tips to grow taller, lose fat, (mainly grow taller)

Dream height:5 feet 6 inches
Realistic height 5 feet 3 inches
Weight:125-130 lbs (it changes)
Desired weight: 105-115

Hi, im a pretty short guy (mostly because of my asian roots). im only 5’6" and im 17. I wish to grow taller maybe to 5’8" or higher. I am pretty active, I do cross country, some "resistance training" (weights, w/e you wanna call it), push ups, sit ups. started to do stretches to help grow but with no luck =T. i am now turning towards HGH supplements/enhancers. Just wondering before i dish out hundreds on pills and liquids if they actually yield positive results?

any info or websites that sell good products will be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the reply, i did ask my doctor, she said no way =T but i dont want to be 5’6" the rest of my life. im looking to join the military as an officer but im the smallest guy there is =T
if i work out too much and get macho, ill just look short and stubby

I am 17 years old and 9 months i am between 6 foot to 6 foot 1 inch’s and i want to be taller maybe around 6’2” to 6’6” when i was born my doctor told my parents i would be vary tall and large i lift weights everyday and eat protein rich foods and take protein supplements and i use a little creatine after i lift. My moms dad was 6 foot 1 and my mom had an uncle that was around 7 feet tall and my dads uncles were around 6’6”

I a 5’0 foot 17 year old girl. For the past 4 years I have not grown at all and I don’t think I will in the future since my parents were around my height as well. i know it sounds stupid but..im 16 and only 5’6..my dad’s 6’1 and mums 5’4…i havent grown much in the past 1 year well kind of but not much…Is there ANY kind of supplements to help.NO SCAMS!..

im 15. i’m 5′ 6". i would like to be at least around 5′ 10" – 6′ but i know genetics is pretty much the only way ill get that tall and considering the fact that im already taller than both of my parents, it’s gonna be really hard. im taller than my dad by 3" and my mom by around 4"-5".
i dont drink much caffeine of soda at all. i exercise daily by going to the gym or occasionally jogging about 6 miles. i do lift weights and i know that people say it stunts your growth but i want to for sports next year. please any advice to grow taller? i dont have to grow fast but just gradually.

I was wondering is there any chance of me growing any taller? I am taller than my mother, grandmother and grandfather by like 4 inches. And my Father by like 1-2 inches.

I think i was an early sprouter, when i was 12 i was taller than everyone, and slowly along these years i have not grew much, all my friends are taller than me.

Unfortunately, when i was around 12-13, i started working out, (pushups weights) but nothing vertical lifting because it might stunt my growth.

I also consumed creatine, not too much, maybe have of 500mg.

Can this have a negative impact on my growth?

Some good news i heard from my mother was that my 2 uncles (mother side) grew again when around 19-20 years old about 3 inches more (another growth spurt)
Will this affect me?

I really would want to know how to grow taller through nutrition, diet, excersice, or other techniques (but nothing unnatural). I am really desperate to grow taller because it is impacting my confidence because i look at my friends and others at school at my age, and other asian males my age are all taller than me =(

It is making me depressed that i am shorter than everyone =(

By the way, my brother is 15 and he is 5’8". I played soccer since I was 6 and he didn’t, I lifted weights since I was 14 (yeah I have a badass body and good looks, I’m just too short). Did the weight lifting and the soccer affect my growth? If I keep doing it will that decrease my chances of growing?
And yeah, my parents measurements are right. That’s why I am pissed lol I should be at least 5’8"
