tips to grow taller? I need help from tall people =)?
i’m 14 almost 15 and i’m 5 feet =(
wahh i’m short. I’m a girl btw. Any tips to grow taller? and don’t give me all the genetic crap cause most of the people in my family are tall.
I also weigh 125 pounds which is really weird because i don’t eat a lot. My little sister who is 8 is really skinny and she eats twice as much as me. It’s so unfair. And I exercise a lot. about 2+ hours a day of dance and this fitness program, except on fridays when i have an extra hour of dance. on saturdays and some sundays, i go to the gym and work out all day (running, weights, swimming etc.) and i’m still fat >.< i’m not like obese or anything. A lot of my weight is muscle. I just have some extra flab around my stomach that won’t seem to go away no matter how much i exercise. And I’m really healthy so that’s not a problem. My mom is a really big health freak. Everything I eat is organic. Even my toothpaste and shampoo and stuff is organic. It’s crazy. haha. so basically, tips to grow taller, lose fat, (mainly grow taller)
My height:5 feet
Dream height:5 feet 6 inches
Realistic height 5 feet 3 inches
Weight:125-130 lbs (it changes)
Desired weight: 105-115

A few things that help…
I was 5’1 at 27. now I am turning 28 in a month and I am 5’6. I grew the most during this summer because I actually started using super-growth 6 month course.
the following helped me and still help:
1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.

eat a lot of greens
There isn’t anything you can do to change your height. Your body will grow at it’s own pace. If most of your family is tall, then you will probably end up tall as well, but it is going to happen on the time line your body sets for growth,and there is nothing you can do to change that.
Everyone grows at a different pace, I was relatively short(~5’8") until my junior year of high school when I finally started to grow taller. By graduation I was 6’3", you have to be patient.
Play basketball, dance ballet, don’t do weights, and look at your family if they’re short you’re gonna be a little short too.
