Tips to increase my height please..?
I’m a 15-year-old girl, 5’2”(157cm), and weighing around 48 kg(i ‘m not sure how to convert that into pounds)..i’m desparate to gain some height..my parents around 5’7” and 5’0” respectively, so i guess genetically this is all about how much i’ll grow..i don’t trust any supplements etc. that promote growth, since i’m too scared of affecting my growth hormone adversely!..i include lots of protein in my diet, including seafood and lentils and pulses, although i’m allergic to milk and try to make up for that by having a cup of yoghurt daily.are there any specific exercises(such as stretching exercises) that can help me grow taller?! Also, my legs are comparatively quite short, rather than my torso, so are there any specific exercises(i know i sound stupid, but i’m a bit clueless about all this, and like i said, desparate!)?

if your parents are 5.7" and 5.0" its likely that you gonna get few more inches .atleast till 5.8"
I was 4.75(35kg) when i was 15 and 5.2"(dont remember weight) when i was 17 . Now i am 5.9
My parents are 5.3 and 5.1"
For Bigger body frame make sure that you eat enough protiens …..
like egg whites , milk , etc etc …for your weight make sure that you get atleast 50 grams of protiens everyday ….
one egg white = 3.5 g
100 ml milk = 3.2 g
one full egg = 6 – 7 g

i think 15 still a chance to grew taller,in this ask your mother this is inherited

each 456 gms =one pound
so it is talen that each 1kgm=1000 gm
