vitamins and supplements?
hello
im a female and i am just 18 years old.
i take calcium supplement citracal (calcium and vitamin D) I TAKE 2 A DAY
i am female 130 pounds and 5’8-5’9" tall but i want to be exactly 5’9" tall. my mum is 5’10 and my dad is about 5’8.5 and my 14 year old brother is about 6′ tall. i know that at my age i will not really grow much taller. but i wat to increase my chances, i have seen results from the stretches i am doing
anyway i want some tips and also will glucoasamine supplements help my chances?

Your height is written in your genes. There is no way you will grow taller than that height that determine by your genes no matter how many calcium, vitamin D Glucosamine or any other supplements you use.
There are a number of point need bearing in mind about calcium
1. Taking too much calcium supplements can create health hazard. It is better to take calcium in it’s natural form.
2. Calcium has to be in balance with other minerals to work
3. If the calcium ingested is in balance with all the other minerals, vitamins and hormones required this will increase the density of your bones, and not increase your height.
im not familiar with glucoasamine but u should go to a near GNC and find some calcium pills .. those help a lot.
there is no way that you will grow taller than you are supposed to deal with it
