want some exercises to reduce fats around my hips and thighs?
Hi, I’m a 14 year old girl and I want some good exercises mainly for burning my fats around the hips and thighs of mine. I’ll be greatfull to you if you can tell me some really good exercises to grow taller also. Thank You.

you can’t lose fat in a specific area. Although you will lose fat in the face before you lose it in the butt and legs and stomach which tend to be last. You need a long term excercise program like 1 year or for the rest of your life
Squats and lunges. Lots of them. Some of the most intense fat burning exercises. If you want to make it more intense, hold weights in your hands while doing them. The amount of weight is what you can handle in order to do 3 sets of each.
Try squats and lunges, these work best for both those areas.
They also tighten the buttox area, which is always a plus
You will be pleased with these workouts, just make sure you have
someone show you proper form to avoid injury.
1. For your hips and belly, use a hula hoop
The hula hoop works these 2 areas, belly and hips, incredibly. Before you discount this as just a kid’s toy, know that hula hoop waist movements basically mimic the movements of belly dancers. So if you’re looking towards a lean, yet feminine, waist… you can’t beat the hula hoop.
All I ask is for you to hula hoop for a total of 10 minutes a day for 6 days a week. 1 total hour a week. One thing… if you’re busy, don’t get fussy and say you can’t spare that time. You can if you do it 1-2 minutes at a time to reach your 10 minutes each day.
2. For your thighs, use hindu squats
Hindu squats… these are about as simple an exercise you can possibly do. You just squat up and down. Nothing complicated about that. You don’t use weights. The only thing you must remember is to touch the ground with your fingers between each repetition.
try squats and lunges for your thighs and hips also you could try some wall sits, and don’t forget to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated!

Umm I don’t think there any exercises that make you grow taller. But I herd if you turm on the music and get up and dance, moving you hips, you loose weiht around those areas. Also eat healthy foods, and dont snack often
You’re still growing. Wait until you’re 18 or so before you start thinking about it. Your body will continue to change during this time.
