Ways to get taller?
I’m 14, a female and 123 lbs(if that helps). I really want to grow taller, and I’m wondering if there are any excercises(stretches)? supplements?
I’m in a tall gene pool, i NEED to be taller, want to model,
i’m 5’6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time, you haven’t stop growing in height yet (another year or more). Height, by the way, is predetermined by genetics–barring any medical problem. Look at how tall your parents are, your siblings.
Calcium, it’s good for bones
drink milk and if that fails wear stilettos.
is it possible to grow taller once u have already grown??
if you grow taller you wnt get good boy frineds
well you will get taller as you get older but if you do yoga or pilates it lengthens your body b/c it stretches it
Wear high heels and get lots of sleep (you grow when you sleep). You may not have started puberty or will get a growth spurt.
Just eat healthy stuff, exercise, sleep, and you will do just fine.
laern to like being short. i’m 13 and i’m short and i used to hate it because everyone was taller than me but now i know its a very cool advantage.
You can try. But the truth is you must be born into a really good tall gene pool.
Not really. If you make sure you have good posture you may appear a little taller. Other than that, there’s really nothing you can do about genetics. You could always wear heels….but that’s about it.
There isn’t anyting except for eating healthy foods and excersizing. If you are 14 you have a good two more years to grow. Most women sstop grwoing between 16 and 18. Men stop growing when they are about22.
Sadly enough, no we can’t get taller doing any special excersizes or anything.
I would like to be taller also.

Be happy that you are a girl. When you get older and you are petite you’ll be the envy of your friends, so stay in shape!
Well dinking milk may help. We all usually have no control over how tall we are gonna get. so please be satisfied with what you got. I am 6’6" and wish i wasn’t so tall sometimes.
you can only get taller until your bones fuse together. you are close to the age that happens. what you can do is weight bearing exercise, especially work your legs, lift heavy weight and do squats, do any exercise that stresses the leg bones.
well, i don’t know if all that will work, but one thing i do know that works is L-dopamine. it is a growth hormone releaser and an amino acid. it is also a drug (often referred to as a smart drug or a life extension drug). you can buy it overseas (except you are too young) and it will make you grow. start at 100mg and build up slowly to 500 in a month or two. 500 is safe to take. don’t take more than that. the brand name is sinemet (levadopa). it is what they give to kids who don’t grow properly. what you want is to buy the brand name madopar, (levadopa madopar 250 is what they carry, break them in half to start). though, because it is not timed-release. you don’t want timed-release. you take it before you do peak output exercise or before bed. in order to learn how to take this and what it does, buy the book Life Extension by Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw. you can order it from the bookstore, find it in a used book store, or buy it on ebay.
L-dopamine was what they gave the old people in the movie "awakenings"
you can also buy supplements at the healthfood store, amino acids: L-ornithine, L-tryptophan, and L-arginine. they are also growth hormone releasers, but they don’t work as well as L-dopamine.
take some calcium, but not too much. get sun for the vitamin D. sleep in a dark room (black); they say that helps to grow.
sorry, but that is the only thing that is going to make you taller.
by the way, i have taken L-dopamine many times over the years. i have a bottle of madopar here right now, in fact.
it also makes you burn fat and put on muscle (no, not tons of muscle to wear you look funny).
