what are some ways i can grow taller naturally during puberty?
i need some tips i can use to grow taller during puberty i want to grow at least 3-4 inches in a month please help me.

How taller you’ll grow depends on your genes. But you can do following things to reach your maximum potential height:
~ Eat healthy food
~ Eat foods rich in calcium, protein, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin C
~ Get enough vitamin D from sunlight or through supplements
~ Get 8 – 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night
~ Exercise regularly
(Stretching exercises, cycling, playing basketball, swimming and hanging on a bar are good exercises to grow taller)
~ Have good posture (i.e. stand straight, sit straight, walk straight, etc)
~ Have a positive view about life and avoid stress.

Weight-bearing exercise and impact loading stimulate bone growth. Generally, three 20 to 30 minute sessions a week are sufficient. If you can and want to do more, go for it! Activities such as walking, running, aerobics or climbing stairs are also excellent forms of exercise to aid in bone growth.
You should incorporate calcium rich foods into your diet as much as possible. Dairy products and calcium-fortified foods as mentioned earlier are great choices. Try to get between 1,000 and 1,500 milligrams a day.

Growing 3-4 inches in a month is not gonna happen. It will take a few months of dedication before anything will happen. There are things that you can do to help you start growing faster, a major component of which is exercise or stretches which would only take a few minutes out of your day.
Just start with doing a few in the morning or before you go to bed at night. If you like them, you could do some more, or try different ones. Here are a few to get you started:
* The Leg Stretch – Start by sitting on the floor with your legs spread apart as far as is comfortable. With your left hand, reach for your toes on the same side of your body. Now with your right hand, reach for your other foot. If it is hard for you to reach your feet comfortably, reach as far down your leg as possible. What is most important here is to keep your spine straight and pivot from the hips, trying not to arch your spine.
* The Cat Stretch – Begin on your hands and knees with your arms straight. Inhale while bringing your head up and then flex your spine down. Then exhale while bringing your spine up into an arched position and simultaneously bringing your head back down.
* The Bow Down – This one is pretty much like it sounds. Stand up straight with your hands on your hips and leave them here throughout the exercise. Try not to bend your knees and keep your chin off of your chest.
Try to do ten sets of ten daily, for about 15 seconds a rep. These work well, but it will be a fairly slow process. To grow quicker you also need to consider nutrition, supplements, and many more exercises and stretches.
There are many programs online that put this all together for you, but be careful which one you get as a lot of them are garbage.
