There are no specific exercises that you can use, but things involving stretching and bending will help.
There is no way to predict accurately you future height, but hopefully you have several years of growth ahead of you, and you can gain several inches.
If your parents are tall, there is a good chance that you will be too – but if they are below average, you’re likely to be similar.
You can also maximise your height potential by staying fit and healthy and working out regularly – physical activity is proven to help stimulate growth.
However, it is also possible to have surgery to become taller – I had it myself to grow three inches taller, but it is expensive and time-consuming, so you should focus on the other methods first.
It’s expensive and painful, so it is only a last resort, but at least you know it is there if you need it!

It has been said Jump rope can make you taller. But even if it does it wont make any dramatic difference in your heigh.
Wether your tall or not is all to do with genetics.
Okay here’s the deal. Doing compound exercises (exercises that use multiple muscle groups) such as pull-ups, push-ups, bent-over rows, bench press, squat, etc will release the Human Growth Hormone into your body. I’m not saying this will make you noticeably taller but it’s a theory. Also, getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night will increase the Human Growth Hormone release in your body. Honestly though, I wouldn’t rely on these to make you taller. You should be more concerned with your nutrition if you want to be taller. But that depends on your age and genetic limitations.
skipping or jumping or you may use an equipment such you can find in fitness or gym center..
don’t forget to add a high calcium milk routine..
but not only at home, much better if you ‘re able to do lots of exercise outside which can be more attractive ones.:)
