What can i do to grow more?
I am about 5’5 ( male) 20 years old. What types of things can i do to grow taller. Things such as what to eat? Exercise? Are there any supplements or pills i can take that are good for me? I am overweight currently but beginning to lose weight. I have been exercising about 5 times a week now for about an hour and a half each time.thank you!
