What can I do to grow taller faster? [exercises for spine,etc.]?
Im 13 – 5’7 & 165 pounds. Im really tall already, I know. Hah, & you guys are the only people Ive told my weight to (because I dont know you of course :p) but anyways..Im a few pounds over weight for my height. My doctor and everyone else think Im going to be 5’11 by age 15..I just want to grow a couple inches soon because Ive havent grown AT ALL since I was about 11. Please don’t answer with "you are already tall enough" etc. Lol, Ive heard that there are exercises and certain food types I can eat for my bones and stretching my spine. Thanks for all of your help! ![]()

eat all your vegetables, take one shower a day, and brush your teeth twice a day with a pea sized amount on the brush, do your homework and watch the disney channel!!
